Abstract
(EN)
A method for quickly extracting long-fragment genomic DNA by a single reaction tube, comprising the following steps: a) adding a lysis solution and protease K to a sample, to lyse cells and release genomic DNA; b) adding a precipitant to the reaction system of step a) to obtain a precipitate of genomic DNA; c) washing the obtained precipitate of genomic DNA using a washing solution; and d) dissolving the genomic DNA using a dissolution solution. Also provided is a kit suitable for the method above.

L'invention concerne un procédé d'extraction rapide d'ADN génomique à long fragment par un seul tube de réaction, consistant a) à ajouter une solution de lyse et une protéase K à un échantillon, pour lyser des cellules et libérer de l'ADN génomique; b) à ajouter un précipitant au système de réaction de l'étape a) pour obtenir un précipité d'ADN génomique; c) à laver le précipité obtenu d'ADN génomique à l'aide d'une solution de lavage; et d) à dissoudre l'ADN génomique à l'aide d'une solution de dissolution. L’invention concerne également un kit correspondant audit procédé.
