Abstract

A method, a device, and an apparatus for synchronously monitoring tissue displacement and temperature, and a storage medium. The monitoring method comprises: when a sequence in magnetic resonance acoustic radiation force imaging (MR-ARFI) satisfies the condition that a ratio of an echo time (TE) to a transverse relaxation time (T2) is less than a preset first threshold, and a ratio of a repetition time (TR) to a longitudinal relaxation time (T1) is greater than a preset second threshold, scanning a tissue on the basis of the MR-ARFI technology to acquire an image of the tissue; and simultaneously monitoring, according to an amplitude of the image at a current moment, a cumulative phase of the image at a plurality of moments, and an amplitude of the image at an initial moment and the temperature of the tissue, displacement and temperature of the tissue at the current moment.

L'invention porte sur un procédé, un dispositif et un appareil pour surveiller de manière synchrone le déplacement et la température, et support d'enregistrement. Le procédé de surveillance comprend les étapes suivantes : lorsqu'une séquence d’imagerie de force de rayonnement acoustique par résonance magnétique (MR-ARFI) satisfait à la condition selon laquelle un rapport entre un temps d'écho (TE) et un temps de relaxation transversale (T2) est inférieur à un premier seuil prédéfini, et un rapport entre un temps de répétition (TR) et un temps de relaxation longitudinale (T1) est supérieur à un second seuil prédéfini, balayer un tissu sur la base de la technologie IRM-ARFI pour acquérir une image du tissu ; et surveiller simultanément, en fonction d'une amplitude de l'image à un moment actuel, une phase cumulée de l'image à une pluralité de moments, et une amplitude de l'image à un moment initial et la température du tissu, le déplacement et la température du tissu au moment actuel.

一种组织位移和温度的同步监测方法、装置、设备及存储介质。该监测方法包括:当磁共振声辐射力成像MR-ARFI中的序列满足回波时间(TE)与横向弛豫时间(T2)的比值小于预设第一阈值,且重复时间(TR)与纵向弛豫时间(T1)的比值大于预设第二阈值的条件时,基于MR-ARFI技术对组织进行扫描,获取组织的图像;根据当前时刻的图像的幅值,各时刻的图像的累积相位,以及初始时刻的图像的幅值和所述组织的温度,同步监测当前时刻的所述组织的位移和温度。
