Embodiments of the present application provide a video processing method and device, capable of overcoming the dependency between multiple image blocks, so that the multiple image blocks can be independently encoded or decoded. The method comprises: obtaining a historical motion information candidate list, the historical motion information candidate list being used for encoding or decoding each of multiple first image blocks comprised in a first region in the current frame, the historical motion information candidate list being obtained on the basis of motion information of a second image block, and the second image block being an encoded or decoded image block other than the image blocks comprised in the first region; and encoding or decoding each of the first image blocks according to the historical motion information candidate list.

La présente invention, selon certains modes de réalisation, concerne un procédé et un dispositif de traitement vidéo, permettant de surmonter la dépendance entre de multiples blocs d'image, de sorte que les multiples blocs d'image puissent être codés ou décodés indépendamment. Le procédé consiste à : obtenir une liste de candidats d'informations de mouvement historiques, la liste de candidats d'informations de mouvement historiques servant à coder ou à décoder chaque bloc de multiples premiers blocs d'image compris dans une première région dans la trame courante, la liste de candidats d'informations de mouvement historiques étant obtenue sur la base d'informations de mouvement d'un second bloc d'image, et le second bloc d'image étant un bloc d'image codé ou décodé autre que les blocs d'image compris dans la première région; et coder ou décoder chaque bloc des premiers blocs d'image conformément à la liste de candidats d'informations de mouvement historiques.

本申请实施例提供一种视频处理方法和设备,可以克服多个图像块之间的依赖性,使得多个图像块可以独立编码或解码。该方法包括:获取历史运动信息候选列表,所述历史运动信息候选列表用于对当前帧中的第一区域包括的多个第一图像块中的每个第一图像块进行编码或解码,其中,所述历史运动信息候选列表是基于第二图像块的运动信息获取的,所述第二图像块是除所述第一区域包括的图像块之外的已编码或解码图像块;根据所述历史运动信息候选列表,分别对所述每个第一图像块进行编码或解码。
