The present application provides an image intra-block coding or decoding method, a data processing device, and an electronic apparatus. The data processing device comprises: a first configuration unit configuring, according to a flag related to angular modes, a prediction mode for intra-block coding or decoding, wherein the flag related to the angular modes is used to indicate whether or not the prediction mode is one of the angular modes. The present application can improve the efficiency of coding and decoding.

La présente invention concerne un procédé de codage ou de décodage intrabloc d'image, un dispositif de traitement de données, et un appareil électronique. Le dispositif de traitement de données comprend : une première unité de configuration qui configure, selon un drapeau relatif à des modes angulaires, un mode de prédiction pour un codage ou un décodage intrabloc, le drapeau relatif aux modes angulaires étant utilisé pour indiquer si le mode de prédiction est un des modes angulaires ou non. La présente invention peut améliorer l'efficacité de codage et de décodage.
