A rare-earth magnet, a magnet having sputtered rare earth, a magnet having diffused rare earth, a preparation method, and a rare-earth permanent magnet motor. The method for preparing a rare-earth magnet comprises the following steps: mixing main alloyed powder and auxiliary alloyed powder according to the mass ratio of 95 to 99 : 1 to 5 so as to acquire mixed magnetic powder, the mass ratios of elements of the main alloy being R28 : 32M0.1 : 1.4Ga0.3 : 0.8B0.97 : 1.0(DyTb)0 : 2Tbal, the mass ratios of elements of the auxiliary alloy being R31 : 35M0 : 1.4Ga0.5 : 0.8B0.82 : 0.92(DyTb)0 : 2Tbal, R being a rare-earth element free of Dy and Tb, the proportion of Pr and/or Nd in R being 98 to 100 wt%, M being at least one of Al, Cu, Nb, Zr, and Sn, and T being Fe and/or Co and inevitable impurities; performing orientation suppression on the mixed magnetic powder in a magnetic field so as to form a pressed shape; placing the pressed shape in a vacuum sintering furnace to perform sintering so as to acquire a sintered magnet; and performing tempering on the sintered magnet so as to acquire a rare-earth magnet.

L'invention concerne un aimant à base de terres rares, un aimant ayant une terre rare pulvérisée, un aimant ayant une terre rare diffusée, un procédé de préparation et un moteur à aimant permanent à base de terres rares. Le procédé de préparation d'un aimant à base de terres rares comprend les étapes suivantes : le mélange de poudre d'alliage principal et de poudre d'alliage auxiliaire selon le rapport massique de 95 à 99:1 à 5 de manière à acquérir une poudre magnétique mixte, les rapports massiques des éléments de l'alliage principal étant R28 : 32M0,1 : 1,4Ga0,3 : 0,8B0,97 : 1,0(DyTb)0 : 2Tbal, les rapports massiques des éléments de l'alliage auxiliaire étant R31 : 35M0 : 1,4Ga0,5 : 0,8B0,82 : 0,92(DyTb)0 : 2Tbal, R étant un élément de terres rares exempt de Dy et Tb, la proportion de Pr et/ou Nd dans R étant de 98 à 100 % en poids, M étant au moins un élément parmi Al, Cu, Nb, Zr et Sn, et T étant Fe et/ou Co et des impuretés inévitables ; la réalisation d'une suppression d'orientation sur la poudre magnétique mélangée dans un champ magnétique de façon à former une forme comprimée ; le placement de la forme comprimée dans un four de frittage sous vide pour effectuer un frittage de manière à acquérir un aimant fritté ; et la réalisation d'une trempe sur l'aimant fritté de façon à acquérir un aimant à base de terres rares.

一种稀土磁体、稀土溅射磁体、稀土扩散磁体及制备方法和稀土永磁电机。稀土磁体的制备方法包括步骤:将主合金粉和辅合金粉按照95~99∶1~5的质量比混合,获得混合磁粉,主合金的各元素质量比为:R28~32M0.1~1.4Ga0.3~0.8B0.97~1.0(DyTb)0~2Tbal,辅合金的各元素质量比为:R31~35M0~1.4Ga0.5~0.8B0.82~0.92(DyTb)0~2Tbal,其中,R为不包含Dy和Tb的稀土元素,Pr和/或Nd在R中的占比为98~100wt%,M为Al、Cu、Nb、Zr、Sn中的至少一种元素,T为Fe和/或Co及不可避免的杂质元素;将混合磁粉在磁场下进行取向压制,形成压坯;将压坯放入真空烧结炉中进行烧结,获得烧结磁体;对烧结磁体进行回火处理,获得稀土磁体。
