A far-infrared physiotherapy instrument, comprising a lamp body (1) having an arc-shaped cross section; a plurality of far-infrared emitting tubes (2) are provided on an inner arc surface of the lamp body (1), a transparent cover body (3) is detachably connected to the lamp body (1) at the exterior of the far-infrared emitting tubes (2), a first fixing block (31) and a second fixing block (32) are fixed on the transparent cover body (3), and a third fixing block (11) and a fourth fixing block (12) are fixed on the lamp body (1); the third fixing block (11) is internally provided with a chute (110), and a sliding block (111) is slidingly connected within the chute (110); a slot (310) for inserting an insertion block (111) is provided on the first fixing block (31), a spring (311) is connected between a groove bottom of the chute (110) and the insertion block (111), a pull rod (1110) is fixed on the insertion block (111), the third fixing block (11) is provided thereon with a notch (1111) through which the pull rod (1110) passes, and a lock nut (1112) is threadedly connected on the pull rod (1110); the far-infrared physiotherapy instrument is small in size, easy to carry, and may be directly attached to the skin on the arm to perform physical therapy on the skin; moreover, the second fixing block is coated with a wear-resistant layer, which may reduce the wear on the second fixing block and prolong the service life thereof.

La présente invention concerne un instrument de kinésithérapie dans les infrarouges lointains, comprenant un corps de lampe (1) ayant une section transversale en forme d’arc ; une pluralité de tubes émettant des infrarouges lointains (2) disposés sur une surface d’arc interne du corps de lampe (1), un corps de recouvrement transparent (3) étant relié amovible au corps de lampe (1) à l’extérieur des tubes émettant des infrarouges lointains (2), un premier bloc de fixation (31) et un second bloc de fixation (32) étant fixés sur le corps de recouvrement transparent (3), et un troisième bloc de fixation (11) et un quatrième bloc de fixation (12) étant fixés sur le corps de lampe (1) ; le troisième bloc de fixation (11) étant disposé au plan interne avec une chute (110), et un bloc coulissant (111) étant relié de manière coulissante à l’intérieur de la chute (110) ; une fente (310) d’insertion d’un bloc d’insertion (111) étant disposée sur le premier bloc de fixation (31), un ressort (311) étant relié entre un fond de rainure de la chute (110) et le bloc d’insertion (111), une tige de poussée (1110) étant fixée sur le bloc d’insertion (111), le troisième bloc de fixation (11) étant fourni dessus avec une encoche (1111) à travers laquelle la tige de poussée (1110) passe, et un écrou de verrouillage (1112) est relié de manière filetée sur la tige de poussée (1110) ; l’instrument de kinésithérapie dans les infrarouges lointains est de petite taille, facile à transporter, et peut être directement fixé à la peau du bras pour effectuer la kinésithérapie sur la peau ; en outre, le second bloc de fixation est revêtu d’une couche résistante à l’usure, qui peut réduire l’usure sur le second bloc de fixation et prolonger sa durée de vie.
