An observation data conversion method, a device, a movable platform and a storage medium. Said method comprises: acquiring real-time RTCM data, and storing same in a storage unit (S101); acquiring, from the storage unit, a predetermined data amount of RTCM data fragments according to a time sequence and placing same in sequence into a cache unit (S102); and performing calculation of the RTCM data fragments in the cache unit, and writing the calculation result into pre-created RINEX data, to obtain real-time RINEX data (S103). The present invention divides real-time RTCM data into RTCM data fragments to perform calculation, and writes the calculation result into pre-created RINEX data in sequence, so as to convert the real-time RTCM data into real-time RINEX data, and then analyze and apply satellite observation data by means of the real-time RINEX data, without the need to export the complete RTCM data during post-processing and then perform data conversion by means of a third-party transcoding tool to obtain RINEX data.

La présente invention concerne un procédé de conversion de données d'observation, un dispositif, une plateforme mobile et un support d'informations. Ledit procédé comprend : l'acquisition de données RTCM en temps réel, et leur stockage dans une unité de stockage (S101); l'acquisition, à partir de l'unité de stockage, d'une quantité de données prédéterminée de fragments de données RTCM selon une séquence temporelle et leur placement en séquence dans une unité de cache (S102); et l'exécution d'un calcul des fragments de données RTCM dans l'unité de cache, et l'écriture du résultat de calcul dans des données RINEX préalablement créées, pour obtenir des données RINEX en temps réel (S103). La présente invention divise des données RTCM en temps réel en fragments de données RTCM pour effectuer un calcul, et écrit le résultat de calcul dans des données RINEX préalablement créées en séquence, de façon à convertir les données RTCM en temps réel en données RINEX en temps réel, puis à analyser et à appliquer des données d'observation par satellite au moyen des données RINEX en temps réel, sans qu'il soit nécessaire d'exporter les données RTCM complètes pendant le post-traitement et d'effectuer ensuite une conversion de données au moyen d'un outil de transcodage tiers pour obtenir des données RINEX.

一种观测数据转换方法、设备、可移动平台及存储介质,通过获取实时RTCM数据,并保存于存储单元中(S101);从存储单元按时序获取预定数据量的RTCM数据片段依次置于缓存单元中(S102);对缓存单元中的RTCM数据片段进行解算,并将解算结果写入预先创建的RINEX数据中,从而得到实时RINEX数据(S103)。通过将实时RTCM数据划分为RTCM数据片段进行依次,并将解算结果依次写入预先创建的RINEX数据中,从而实现将实时RTCM数据转换为实时RINEX数据,进而可通过实时RINEX数据进行卫星观测数据分析和应用,不需要后处理时将完整的RTCM数据导出再通过第三方转码工具进行数据转换才能得到RINEX数据。
