The present invention provides a carrier configuration method and device. The method comprises: determining a target carrier, wherein the target carrier is a carrier that requires a terminal to perform a target operation; and transmitting target information to the terminal, determining the target carrier by the terminal according to the target information, and then performing the target operation on the target carrier, wherein the target information is physical layer information and is at least used for indicating carrier information of the target carrier. The present invention can enable the terminal to perform the target operation on the target carrier quickly by means of the physical layer information, the delay is small, and the consumption of the terminal energy is reduced.

La présente invention concerne un procédé et un dispositif de configuration de porteuse. Le procédé consiste à : déterminer une porteuse cible, la porteuse cible étant une porteuse qui nécessite un terminal pour effectuer une opération cible; et transmettre des informations cibles au terminal, déterminer la porteuse cible par le terminal selon les informations cibles, puis exécuter l'opération cible sur la porteuse cible, les informations cibles étant des informations de couche physique et étant au moins utilisées pour indiquer des informations de porteuse de la porteuse cible. La présente invention peut permettre au terminal d'effectuer l'opération cible sur la porteuse cible rapidement au moyen des informations de couche physique, le retard est faible, et la consommation de l'énergie de terminal est réduite.

本公开提供一种载波配置方法及装置,其中,所述方法包括:确定目标载波;所述目标载波是需要终端执行目标操作的载波;发送目标信息到终端,由所述终端根据所述目标信息,确定所述目标载波之后,对所述目标载波执行所述目标操作;所述目标信息是物理层信息且至少用于指示所述目标载波的载波信息。本公开可以通过物理层信息让终端快速对目标载波执行目标操作,时延较小,降低了终端能量的消耗。
