A directly modulated laser drive circuit, wherein same is externally connected to a first input signal and a second input signal and is connected to a power source (VCC) and a laser diode (D1). The directly modulated laser drive circuit comprises a current modulation module (200), a neutralization module (100) having capacitors (C1, C2) capable of independently setting a parameter, a direct-current bias module (300), a first anti-interference module (600) and a second anti-interference module (700). The directly modulated laser drive circuit sets, by means of using separate optimization methods, different parameters for the capacitors (C1, C2) in the neutralization module (100) for adjustment, in order to eliminate the asymmetric bias caused by the laser diode (D1) load and the drive circuit, so as to improve a bandwidth of a system, thereby improving the quality of an eye diagram obtained by means of a system test, and suppressing the jitter of the system, and solving the problems of insufficient bandwidth, poor eye diagram quality and low jitter performance in the traditional technical solutions.

La présente invention concerne un circuit d'attaque laser directement modulé, ce dernier étant connecté extérieurement à un premier signal d'entrée et à un second signal d'entrée, et étant connecté à une source d'alimentation (VCC) et à une diode laser (D1). Le circuit d'attaque laser directement modulé comprend un module de modulation de courant (200), un module de neutralisation (100) ayant des condensateurs (C1, C2) pouvant définir indépendamment un paramètre, un module de polarisation à courant continu (300), un premier module anti-interférence (600) et un second module anti-interférence (700). Le circuit d'attaque laser directement modulé définit, au moyen de procédés d'optimisation séparés, différents paramètres pour les condensateurs (C1. C2) dans le module de neutralisation (100) pour le réglage, afin d'éliminer la polarisation asymétrique provoquée par la charge de la diode laser (D1) et le circuit d'attaque, de manière à améliorer une bande passante d'un système, ce qui permet d'améliorer la qualité d'un diagramme en œil obtenu au moyen d'un test de système, et de supprimer la gigue du système, et de résoudre les problèmes de bande passante insuffisante, de qualité de diagramme en œil médiocre et de performance de gigue faible dans les solutions techniques classiques.

一种直调激光器驱动电路,外接第一输入信号和第二输入信号,与电源(VCC)和激光二极管(D1)连接,直调激光器驱动电路包括电流调制模块(200),具有可独立设定参数的电容(C1,C2)的中和模块(100)、直流偏置模块(300)、第一抗干扰模块(600)以及第二抗干扰模块(700),直调激光器驱动电路通过采用分别单独优化方式,对中和模块(100)中的电容(C1,C2)设置不同的参数加以调整,来消除由激光二极管(D1)负载和驱动电路引起的非对称偏置,从而提高了系统的带宽,进而提高了系统测试得到的眼图的质量和抑制了系统的抖动,解决了传统技术方案中,存在的带宽不足、眼图质量差以及抖动性能低的问题。
