Disclosed in an embodiment of the present application are a coding prediction method and apparatus, and a computer storage medium. The method comprises: determining motion vector prediction values of at least two control points associated with a coding block of an image intra prediction type with respect to the coding block; performing motion estimation of an affine motion model on the coding block on the basis of the motion vector prediction values of the at least two control points to obtain a first coding parameter of the coding block, wherein the first coding parameter is used to indicate a set of coding parameters having the lowest rate distortion cost obtained by the coding block by means of motion estimation in a non-translation motion mode; and performing predictive coding on the coding block on the basis of the first coding parameter.

Dans un mode de réalisation de la présente invention, celle-ci concerne un procédé et un appareil de prédiction de codage et un support d'enregistrement informatique. Le procédé consiste à : déterminer des valeurs de prédiction de vecteur de mouvement d'au moins deux points de commande associés à un bloc de codage d'un type de prédiction intra d'image par rapport au bloc de codage ; effectuer une estimation de mouvement d'un modèle de mouvement affine sur le bloc de codage sur la base des valeurs de prédiction de vecteur de mouvement des au moins deux points de commande pour obtenir un premier paramètre de codage du bloc de codage, le premier paramètre de codage étant utilisé pour indiquer un ensemble de paramètres de codage ayant le coût de distorsion de taux le plus faible obtenu par le bloc de codage au moyen d'une estimation de mouvement dans un mode de mouvement de non-translation ; et effectuer un codage prédictif sur le bloc de codage sur la base du premier paramètre de codage.

本申请实施例公开了一种编码预测方法、装置及计算机存储介质,所述方法包括:针对图像帧内预测类型的编码块,确定与所述编码块相关联的至少两个控制点的运动向量预测值;基于所述至少两个控制点的运动向量预测值对所述编码块进行仿射运动模型的运动估计,得到所述编码块的第一编码参数;其中,所述第一编码参数用于指示所述编码块通过非平移运动方式的运动估计所得到的率失真代价最小的一组编码参数;基于所述第一编码参数,对所述编码块进行预测编码。
