Abstract

A numerically controlled machining method, a numerically controlled machine tool (100) and a computer storage medium (200). The method comprises: compiling a machining instruction, and obtaining a machining program of the current machining section; determining whether a line segment to be machined in the machining program is a micro linear segment or not; if yes, fitting the micro linear segment into a smooth curve segment; saving the smooth curve segment in the machining program as said line segment; and interpolating according to said line segment to obtain a machining path. By means of the machining method, the computing resources of the numerically controlled machining system are not repeatedly occupied, and the utilization of the system can be improved.

Procédé d'usinage à commande numérique, machine-outil à commande numérique (100) et support d'informations informatique (200). Le procédé consiste à : compiler une instruction d'usinage, et obtenir un programme d'usinage de la section d'usinage actuelle ; déterminer si un segment de ligne à usiner dans le programme d'usinage est un micro-segment linéaire ou non ; si tel est le cas, adapter le micro-segment linéaire dans un segment de courbe lisse ; sauvegarder le segment de courbe lisse dans le programme d'usinage en tant que dit segment de ligne ; et interpoler selon ledit segment de ligne pour obtenir un trajet d'usinage. À l'aide du procédé d'usinage, les ressources informatiques du système d'usinage à commande numérique ne sont pas occupées de manière répétée, et l'utilisation du système peut être améliorée.

数控加工方法、数控机床(100)及计算机存储介质(200),方法包括:编译加工指令,获取当前加工段的加工程序;判断加工程序中的待加工线段是否为微小直线段;若是,则将微小直线段拟合为平滑曲线段,将平滑曲线段作为待加工线段保存至加工程序中;根据待加工线段进行插补,得到加工路径。采用上述加工方法,不会重复占用数控加工系统的计算资源,可提高系统的利用率。
