Provided are a modified polyether polyol and the use thereof in polyurethane foam materials. The method for preparing a modified polyether polyol comprises the following steps: 1) reacting a compound A with a polyether polyol, wherein the compound A is an anhydride and/or dicarboxylic acid compound containing a polymerizable double bond, preferably selected from one or two of maleic anhydride and itaconic anhydride, preferably maleic anhydride; and 2) reacting the product obtained in step 1) with an epoxy compound containing a polymerizable double bond in the presence of a catalyst, in order to prepare the modified polyether polyol. The modified polyether polyol obtained by means of the preparation method has more active sites, uses the polymerizable double bond for blocking, is used as a dispersion stabilizer for the synthesis of copolymer polyols, and has the characteristics of a better dispersion stability, filterability and a low viscosity.

L'invention concerne un polyol de polyéther modifié et son utilisation dans des matériaux en mousse de polyuréthane. Le procédé de production d'un polyol de polyéther modifié comprend les étapes suivantes : 1) la réaction d'un composé A avec un polyol de polyéther, le composé A étant un composé anhydride et/ou acide dicarboxylique contenant une double liaison polymérisable, de préférence choisie parmi un ou deux parmi l'anhydride maléique et l'anhydride itaconique, de préférence l'anhydride maléique; et 2) la réaction du produit obtenu à l'étape 1) avec un composé époxy contenant une double liaison polymérisable en présence d'un catalyseur, afin de préparer le polyol de polyéther modifié. Le polyol de polyéther modifié obtenu au moyen du procédé de préparation présente des sites plus actifs, utilise la double liaison polymérisable pour le blocage, est utilisé en tant que stabilisateur de dispersion pour la synthèse de polyols de copolymère, et présente les caractéristiques d'une meilleure stabilité de dispersion, de la filtrabilité et d'une faible viscosité.

本发明提供一种改性聚醚多元醇及其在聚氨酯泡沫材料中的应用,所述改性聚醚多元醇的制备方法,包括如下步骤:1)将化合物A与聚醚多元醇反应;所述化合物A为含可聚合双键的酸酐和/或二羧酸化合物,优选选自马来酸酐和衣康酸酐中的一种或两种,优选为马来酸酐;2)步骤1)所得产物在催化剂存在下与含有可聚合双键的环氧化合物反应,制得所述改性聚醚多元醇。通过该制备方法得到的改性聚醚多元醇,具有更多活性位点,使用可聚合双键进行封端,将其用作分散稳定剂应用于共聚物多元醇的合成,具有更佳的分散稳定性、过滤性和低粘度的特点。
