The invention relates to a porous burner for ovens, which comprises a burner of a porous medium with inert material, a control and safety unit, a combustion head formed by one or more radiant units that each preferably correspond to a stainless steel metal structure preferably having a cubic or cylindrical shape but which can include other volumetric forms, wherein an upper face is open and the lower face has a thread, which is not visible, which is connected to a collector means, a pre-mixture of combustible gas and air entering the combustion head by means of this connection. Inside each radiant unit, preferably cube-shaped, are disposed from top to bottom first an inert ceramic sponge and then a flame trap corresponding to a ceramic plate with 1 mm perforations through which the pre-mixture of combustible gas and air enters the inert ceramic sponge. The burner further comprises a small chamber of pre-mixture is located in the bottom of the radiant unit, and a diffuser corresponding to a circular plate supported by screws and respective nuts and washers, the inert ceramic sponge and the flame trap being surrounded using an insulating material.

Un quemador poroso para hornos que comprende un quemador de medio poroso con material inerte, una unidad de seguridad y control, un cabezal de combustión que está compuesto por una o más unidades radiantes, las cuales corresponden, cada una, a una estructura metálica de acero inoxidable, de manera preferente, la cual posee una forma cúbica o cilíndrica, de preferencia, pero que puede considerar otras formas volumétricas, donde una cara superior está abierta, y en la cara inferior posee una rosca, que no se muestra, que se conecta a un medio colector, en donde por medio de esta conexión ingresa una premezcla de gas combustible y aire al cabezal de combustión; dentro de cada unidad radiante, de forma cúbica preferentemente, desde la parte superior a la inferior, se encuentra primero, una esponja cerámica inerte, luego una trampa de llama, que corresponde a una placa cerámica, con perforaciones de 1 mm por las cuales ingresa la premezcla de gas combustibles y aire hacia la esponja cerámica inerte; una pequeña cámara de premezcla que esta ubicada en la parte inferior de la unidad radiante y un difusor, que corresponde a una placa circular sostenida por tornillos y sus respectivas tuercas y golillas, y donde se envuelve tanto la esponja cerámica inerte como la trampa de llama utilizando un material aislante.

L'invention concerne un brûleur poreux pour fours qui comprend un brûleur de milieu poreux avec un matériau inerte, une unité de sécurité et de commande, une tête de combustion qui est composée d'une ou plusieurs unité(s) rayonnantes, lesquelles correspondent, chacune, à une structure métallique d'acier inoxydable, de préférence, de forme cubique ou cylindrique, mais qui peut avoir d'autres formes volumétriques, la face supérieure étant ouverte, et la face inférieure possédant un filetage, qui ne se voit pas, qui est connecté à un milieu collecteur, par l'intermédiaire de cette connexion un prémélange de gaz combustible et d'air entrant au niveau de la tête de combustion; dans chaque unité rayonnante, de forme cubique de préférence, à partir de la partie supérieure vers la partie inférieure, se trouve d'abord, une éponge céramique inerte, puis un piège à flammes, qui correspond à une plaque céramique, à perforations de 1 mm par lesquelles entre le prémélange de gaz combustibles et d'air vers l'éponge céramique inerte; une petite chambre de prémélange qui est située dans la partie inférieure de l'unité rayonnante et un diffuseur, qui correspond à une plaque circulaire soutenue par des vis et ses écrous et manchons respectifs, et ou s'enveloppe l'éponge céramique inerte et le piège à flammes au moyen d'un matériau isolant.
