Abstract

A method for producing a metal structure comprising a porous inter-dendritic matrix defining a network of dendritic channels, the method comprising the steps of: preparing an alloy melt comprising a metal element and at least one alloying element, cooling the alloy melt to a solid alloy, wherein the cooling promotes formation of a network of dendrites rich in the at least one alloying element within an inter-dendritic matrix rich in the metal, dealloying the solid alloy to remove alloying element from the dendrites and the inter-dendritic matrix to obtain the metal structure.

L'invention concerne un procédé de production d'une structure métallique comprenant une matrice inter-dendritique poreuse définissant un réseau de canaux dendritiques, le procédé comprenant les étapes consistant à : préparer une masse fondue d'alliage comprenant un élément métallique et au moins un élément d'alliage, refroidir l'alliage fondu en un alliage solide, le refroidissement favorisant la formation d'un réseau de dendrites riche dans le ou les éléments d'alliage à l'intérieur d'une matrice inter-dendritique riche dans le métal, et désagréger l'alliage solide pour éliminer l'élément d'alliage des dendrites et de la matrice inter-dendritique pour obtenir la structure métallique.
