One variation of a method for identifying stressors in crops based on fluorescence of sensor plants includes: accessing a set of spectral images of a sensor plant sown in a crop, the sensor plant of a sensor plant type including a set of promoters and a set of reporters configured to signal a set of stressors present at the sensor plant, the set of promoters and set of reporters forming a set of promoter-reporter pairs; accessing a reporter model linking characteristics extracted from the set of spectral images of the sensor plant to the set of stressors based on signals generated by the set of promoter-reporter pairs in the sensor plant type; and identifying a first stressor, in the set of stressors, present at the sensor plant based on the reporter model and characteristics extracted from the set of spectral images.

L'invention concerne une variante d'un procédé pour identifier des facteurs de stress dans des cultures sur la base de la fluorescence de plantes à capteur comprenant les étapes suivantes: l'accès à un ensemble d'images spectrales d'une plante à capteur semée dans une culture, la plante à capteur d'un type de plante à capteur comprenant un ensemble de promoteurs et un ensemble de rapporteurs configurés pour signaler un ensemble de facteurs de stress présents au niveau de la plante à capteur, l'ensemble de promoteurs et l'ensemble de rapporteurs formant un ensemble de paires promoteur-rapporteur; l'accès à un modèle rapporteur liant des caractéristiques extraites de l'ensemble d'images spectrales de la plante à capteur à l'ensemble facteurs de stress sur la base de signaux générés par l'ensemble de paires promoteur-rapporteur dans le type de plante à capteur; et l'identification d'un premier facteur de stress, dans l'ensemble de facteurs de stress, présent au niveau de la plante à capteur sur la base du modèle rapporteur et des caractéristiques extraites de l'ensemble d'images spectrales.
