Embodiments of the disclosure provide systems and methods for determining depth information in a two-dimensional (2D) image. An exemplary system may include a processor and a non-transitory memory storing instructions that, when executed by the processor, cause the system to perform the various operations. The operations may include receiving a first feature map based on the 2D image and applying an extraction network having a convolution operation and a pooling operation to the first feature map to obtain a second feature map. The operations may also include applying a reconstruction network having a deconvolution operation to the second feature map to obtain a depth map.

Selon certains exemples, la présente invention concerne des systèmes et des procédés pour déterminer des informations de profondeur dans une image bidimensionnelle (2D). Un système donné à titre d'exemple peut comprendre un processeur et une mémoire non transitoire stockant des instructions qui, lorsqu'elles sont exécutées par le processeur, amènent le système à effectuer diverses opérations. Les opérations peuvent comprendre la réception d'une première carte de caractéristiques basée sur l'image 2D et l'application d'un réseau d'extraction, comportant une opération de convolution et une opération de sous-échantillonnage (pooling), à la première carte de caractéristiques pour obtenir une seconde carte de caractéristiques.
