The present invention is characterized that synthetic fiber cords (Chord) having a form in which a plurality of synthetic fiber filaments are plied and twisted are crossed to each other in a knotless type (Knotless type) to form mesh (Mesh) between intersection points of the synthetic fiber cords (Chord), wherein the diameter (d) of the synthetic fiber cord (Chord) satisfies equation (I) below, and the maximum distance (D1) between the intersections adjacent to each other satisfies equation (II) below, and the minimum distance (D2) between the intersections adjacent to each other satisfies equation (III) below. The present invention has a lower surface density compared to conventional protective nets for sports. That is, the present invention has a lighter weight. The present invention has a smaller diameter of the synthetic fiber chords constituting a protective net, which increases porosity, thereby improving wind resistance when manufacturing a protective net structure. The present invention has excellent mechanical properties, and thus has excellent resistance to an impact applied when a ball hits and strikes. Therefore, the present invention is damaged less easily and has longer replacement cycles . In addition, the present invention has high porosity, thus improving visibility, and yet can effectively prevent the ball from penetrating the mesh , so as to improve stability. In addition, the present invention can be easily mounted on a protective net structure, and has excellent flame retardancy and weather resistance.

La présente invention est caractérisée en ce que des cordes de fibres synthétiques (Corde), ayant une forme dans laquelle une pluralité de filaments de fibres synthétiques sont pliés et torsadés, sont croisés les uns avec les autres selon un type sans nœud (Type sans nœud) pour former une maille (Maille) entre des points d'intersection des cordes de fibres synthétiques (Corde), le diamètre (d) de la corde de fibres synthétiques (Corde) satisfaisant l'équation (I) ci-dessous, et la distance maximale (D1) entre les intersections adjacentes les unes aux autres satisfaisant l'équation (II) ci-dessous, et la distance minimale (D2) entre les intersections adjacentes les unes aux autres satisfaisant l'équation (III) ci-dessous. La présente invention présente une densité de surface inférieure par rapport à des filets de protection classiques pour le sport. Autrement dit, la présente invention a un poids plus léger. La présente invention a un diamètre plus petit des cordes de fibres synthétiques constituant un filet de protection, ce qui augmente la porosité, améliorant ainsi la résistance au vent lors de la fabrication d'une structure de filet de protection. La présente invention présente d'excellentes propriétés mécaniques, et présente ainsi une excellente résistance à un impact appliqué lorsqu'une balle percute et frappe celle-ci. Par conséquent, la présente invention est endommagée moins facilement et présente des cycles de remplacement plus longs. De plus, la présente invention présente une porosité élevée, améliorant ainsi la visibilité, et peut néanmoins empêcher efficacement la balle de pénétrer la maille, de façon à améliorer la stabilité. 본 발명은 다수개 합성섬유 필라멘트들이 합사 및 연사된 형태를 갖는 합성섬유 코드(Chord)들이 매듭이 없는 무결망 형태(Knotless type)로 서로 교차되면서 합성섬유 코드(Chord)들의 교차점들 사이에 그물눈(Mesh)들을 형성하고 있으며, 합성섬유 코드(Chord)의 직경(d)이 하기 식(I)을 만족하고, 서로 인접한 상기 교차점들 간의 최대 간격(D1)이 하기 식(II)을 만족하고, 서로 인접한 상기 교차점들 간의 최소 간격(D2)이 하기 식(III)을 만족하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명은 종래 스포츠용 방호네트에 비해 면밀도가 낮아, 다시 말해 경량화되고, 방호네트를 구성하는 합성섬유 코드의 직경이 작아서 공극율이 증가하기 때문에 방호네트 구조물 제작시 바람에 대한 저항성이 향상되며, 기계적 물성이 뛰어나 공이 날아와 부딪치면서 가해지는 충격에 대한 저항성이 우수하다. 그로 인해 본 발명은 파손이 최소화되고 교체 주기가 연장된다. 또한, 본 발명은 공극율이 높아 시인성이 향상되면서도 공이 그물눈 사이를 관통하는 것을 효과적으로 방지할 수 있어서 안정성도 향상된다. 또한, 본 발명은 방호네트 구조물에 쉽게 장착할 수 있고, 난연성 및 내후성도 뛰어나다.
