A grain-oriented electrical steel sheet according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises a matrix structure, an Al permeation layer located on the matrix structure, and a coating film located on the Al permeation layer. The Al permeation layer comprises 0.5-5 weight% of Al, and the coating film comprises an Al-Mg composite.

Une feuille d'acier électrique à grains orientés selon un mode de réalisation de la présente invention comprend une structure de matrice, une couche de perméation d'Al située sur la structure de matrice, et un film de revêtement situé sur la couche de perméation d'Al. La couche de perméation d'Al comprend 0,5 à 5 % en poids d'Al, et le film de revêtement comprend un composite Al-Mg.
