One embodiment of the present invention provides a method for manufacturing an organic light-emitting display device, comprising: forming, on a substrate, a pixel electrode and a pixel defining layer which covers an end part of the pixel electrode; consecutively forming, above the pixel electrode and the pixel defining layer, a lift-off layer and a photoresist; forming an opening for exposing a portion of the pixel defining layer and the upper surface of the pixel electrode, by patterning the lift-off layer and the photoresist; consecutively forming, above the opening and the photoresist, a middle layer comprising a light-emitting layer, and a counter electrode; forming a passivation layer so as to completely cover an end part and the upper surface of the counter electrode; and removing the lift-off layer and the photoresist remaining on the exterior of the opening.

Selon un mode de réalisation, la présente invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'un dispositif d'affichage électroluminescent organique, consistant : à former, sur un substrat, une électrode de pixel et une couche de définition de pixels qui recouvre une partie d'extrémité de l'électrode de pixel ; à former consécutivement, au-dessus de l'électrode de pixel et de la couche de définition de pixels, une couche de décollement et une résine photosensible ; à former une ouverture afin d'exposer une partie de la couche de définition de pixels et la surface supérieure de l'électrode de pixel, par formation de motifs sur la couche de décollement et la résine photosensible ; à former consécutivement, au-dessus de l'ouverture et de la résine photosensible, une couche intermédiaire comprenant une couche électroluminescente, et une contre-électrode ; à former une couche de passivation de manière à recouvrir complètement une partie d'extrémité et la surface supérieure de la contre-électrode ; et à retirer la couche de décollement et la résine photosensible restant sur l'extérieur de l'ouverture.
