Abstract

The present invention relates to a microfluidic system (1) comprising: - a microfluidic chip (2) having a microfluidic duct (3), a first face (4), the first face (4) having an inlet (5) of the microfluidic duct (3), the microfluidic duct (2) comprising a seal-forming part (17) secured to the rest of the chip (2) and disposed in the region of the first face (4) around the inlet (5) of the duct (3); and - a support (6) having a conduit (9) passing through the support (6), a second face (7), the second face (7) having an orifice (8) of the conduit (9); the system (1) being characterized in that, during the passage from a disconnected configuration to a connected configuration of the system, the seal-forming part (17) is deformed by the second face (7) so as to form, between the first face (4) and the second face (7), a fluid-tight connection that fluidically connects the conduit (9) and the microfluidic duct (3).

La présente invention concerne un système microfluidique (1), comprenant : - une puce microfluidique (2) présentant un canal microfluidique (3), une première face (4), la première face (4) présentant une entrée (5) du canal microfluidique (3), la puce microfluidique (2) comprenant une partie formant joint (17) solidaire au reste de la puce (2) et disposée au niveau de la première face (4) autour de l'entrée (5) du canal (3); et - un support (6) présentant une conduite (9) traversant le support (6), une deuxième face (7), la deuxième face (7) présentant un orifice (8) de la conduite (9); le système (1) étant caractérisé en ce que, lors du passage d'une configuration déconnectée à une configuration connectée du système, la partie formant joint (17) est déformée par la deuxième face (7) de sorte à former entre la première face (4) et la deuxième face (7) une connexion étanche au fluide reliant fluidiquement la conduite (9) et le canal microfluidique (3).
