Abstract

Myocilin-binding agents including antibodies and antigen binding fragments thereof and fusion proteins that immunospecifically bind the coiled-coil domain of myocilin but do not bind to misfolded myocilin are provided herein. The disclosed antibodies and antigen binding fragments and fusion proteins are useful for the detection and extraction of natively folded myocilin from a sample.

L'invention concerne des agents de liaison à la myociline comprenant des anticorps et des fragments de liaison à l'antigène de ceux-ci et des protéines de fusion qui se lient de manière immunospécifique au domaine de la myociline spiralé mais ne se lient pas à la myociline mal repliée. Les anticorps et fragments de liaison à l'antigène de l'invention et les protéines de fusion sont utiles pour la détection et l'extraction de myociline pliée nativement à partir d'un échantillon.
