Abstract

Systems and methods for detecting cardiac arrhythmia are discussed. An exemplary arrhythmia detection system can receive physiologic information of the patient, measure a first signal metric using a first portion of the received physiologic information, and determine an arrhythmia detection duration using a comparison between the measured first signal metric and a reference signal metric value. The system includes an arrhythmia detector to detect an AT episode using a second portion of the physiologic information corresponding to the determined arrhythmia detection duration.

La présente invention concerne des systèmes et des procédés de détection d’arythmie cardiaque. Un système de détection d’arythmie donné à titre d’exemple peut recevoir des informations physiologiques du patient, mesurer une première grandeur de signal au moyen d’une première partie des informations physiologiques reçues, et déterminer une durée de détection d’arythmie au moyen d’une comparaison entre la première grandeur de signal mesurée et une valeur de grandeur de signal de référence. Le système comprend un détecteur d’arythmie pour détecter un épisode TA au moyen d’une deuxième partie des informations physiologiques correspondant à la durée de détection d’arythmie déterminée.
