Abstract
(EN)
A self-expiring electrocardiography and physiological monitor recorder (14) is provided. A sealed housing (50) is adapted to be removably secured into a non-conductive receptacle (25) on an electrode patch (15). Electronic circuity is provided within the sealed housing (50) and includes an electrocardiographic front end circuit (93) operable to sense electrocardiographic signals through electrocardiographic electrodes (38, 39) provided on the electrode patch (15) and flash memory to record the electrocardiographic signals. The electronic circuitry also includes a micro-controller to draw power from a battery (79) provided on the electrode patch (15), to receive from the electrode patch (15) a recording duration, and to terminate recording of the electrocardiographic signals upon satisfaction of the recording duration.

L'invention concerne un enregistreur (14) de moniteur physiologique et d'électrocardiographie à expiration automatique. Un boîtier étanche (50) est conçu pour être fixé amovible dans un récipient non conducteur (25) sur un patch (15) d'électrode. Un ensemble de circuits électroniques est disposé à l'intérieur du boîtier étanche (50) et comprend un circuit électrocardiographique d'extrémité avant (93) servant à détecter des signaux électrocardiographiques par l'intermédiaire d'électrodes électrocardiographiques (38, 39) disposées sur le patch (15) d'électrode et une mémoire flash pour enregistrer les signaux électrocardiographiques. L'ensemble de circuits électroniques comprend également un microcontrôleur pour prélever de l'énergie d'une batterie (79) disposée sur le patch (15) d'électrode, pour recevoir une durée d'enregistrement du patch (15) d'électrode et pour terminer l'enregistrement des signaux électrocardiographiques après satisfaction de la durée d'enregistrement.
