Methods and systems for preventing information leaks in telephony communications involving any number of parties for use in an IP telephony network having core components. A method according to one aspect of the disclosure comprises receiving an outbound audio and signaling stream from a first terminal device within the IP telephony network, determining call parameters of the outbound audio stream, storing the call parameters within the IP telephony network, and inserting a watermark into the outbound audio stream routed from the IP telephony core components to the second terminal device with an audio watermark using the determined call parameters within the IP telephony network, wherein the watermarked outbound audio stream can be used to identify unauthorized recordings of the outbound audio stream recorded at a second terminal device at which the watermarked outbound stream is received.

L'invention concerne des procédés et des systèmes permettant d'empêcher des fuites d'informations dans des communications téléphoniques impliquant un nombre quelconque de parties destinées à être utilisées dans un réseau de téléphonie sur IP comprenant des composants centraux. Un aspect de l'invention comprend la réception d'un flux audio et de signalisation sortant d'un premier dispositif terminal dans le réseau de téléphonie sur IP, la détermination de paramètres d'appel du flux audio sortant, le stockage des paramètres d'appel dans le réseau de téléphonie sur IP, et l'insertion d'un filigrane dans le flux audio sortant acheminé depuis les composants centraux de téléphonie sur IP vers le second dispositif terminal avec un filigrane audio utilisant les paramètres d'appel déterminés dans le réseau de téléphonie sur IP, le flux audio sortant filigrané pouvant être utilisé pour identifier des enregistrements non autorisés du flux audio sortant enregistré au niveau d'un second dispositif terminal auquel le flux sortant filigrané est reçu.
