An EM device is provided that includes an antenna assembly for radiating at least one electromagnetic field for electromagnetic navigation. The EM device also includes a moving arrangement coupled to the antenna assembly and configured to either move the antenna assembly toward and away from a CT scan plane or move a patient toward and away from the antenna assembly. An operating system is provided that includes a CT scanner defining a CT scan plane, and a patient table housing an antenna assembly and a moving arrangement. A method is provided that includes engaging a moving arrangement to move a patient, activating the CT scanner, and activating the antenna of an electromagnetic navigation system.

L'invention concerne un dispositif EM qui comprend un ensemble antenne pour rayonner au moins un champ électromagnétique pour une navigation électromagnétique. Le dispositif EM comprend également un agencement mobile couplé à l'ensemble antenne et configuré pour déplacer l'ensemble antenne vers et à l'opposé d'un plan de balayage CT ou déplacer un patient vers et à l'opposé de l'ensemble antenne. L'invention concerne également un système d'exploitation qui comprend un scanner CT définissant un plan de balayage CT, et une table d'examen logeant un ensemble antenne et un agencement mobile. L'invention concerne également un procédé qui consiste à mettre en prise un agencement mobile pour déplacer un patient, à activer le scanner CT, et à activer l'antenne d'un système de navigation électromagnétique.
