The present invention is directed to indirect ultrasonic cavitation-derived perivascular cells, to methods of use of a perivascular cell composition, to a method of processing a tissue and to an apparatus for the processing of a tissue. The methods include the mechanic indirect ultrasonication of a cellular non-structural tissue, and produce a perivascular fraction which includes perivascular cells. The methods of use are directed to the treatment of a variety of diseases and disorders and to the improvement of a tissue in a subject. The apparatus is provided for the processing of cellular non-structural tissue.

La présente invention concerne des cellules périvasculaires dérivées de cavitation ultrasonore indirecte, des méthodes d'utilisation d'une composition de cellules périvasculaires, un procédé de traitement d'un tissu et un appareil pour le traitement d'un tissu. Les méthodes font appel à l'ultrasonication indirecte mécanique d'un tissu non structural cellulaire, et la production d'une fraction périvasculaire qui comprend des cellules périvasculaires. Les méthodes d'utilisation sont destinées au traitement d'une variété de maladies et de troubles et à l'amélioration d'un tissu chez un sujet. L'appareil est utilisé pour le traitement de tissu non structural cellulaire.
