Abstract
(EN)
Embodiments of the disclosure provide transmitters for light detection and ranging (LiDAR). The transmitter includes a plurality of laser sources and a light modulator. Each of the laser sources includes interleaved emitting regions and gaps and is configured to provide a native laser beam in a respective incident direction. The light modulator is configured to receive the native laser beams from the plurality of laser sources in different incident directions and combine the native laser beams into a combined laser beam in a diffraction direction.

Des modes de réalisation de l'invention concernent des émetteurs pour la détection et la télémétrie de lumière (LiDAR). L'émetteur comprend une pluralité de sources laser et un modulateur de lumière. Chacune des sources laser comprend des régions émettrices entrelacées et des espaces et est configurée pour fournir un faisceau laser natif dans une direction d'incidence respective. Le modulateur de lumière est configuré pour recevoir les faisceaux laser natifs de la pluralité de sources laser dans différentes directions incidentes et combiner les faisceaux laser natifs en un faisceau laser combiné dans une direction de diffraction.
