Abstract

The present invention relates to an anti-c-Met agonist antibody and a use thereof and, more specifically, to an agonist antibody or fragments thereof which specifically bind to a human-derived c-Met protein, a method for producing same, a c-Met-specific detection method using same, a composition for preventing or treating cancer comprising same, a composition for inducing the differentiation of stem cells, and a culture medium for stem cells. The method of the present invention can be effectively used to detect anti-c-Met antibodies, induce the differentiation of stem cells using the antibodies, and treat or prevent cancer.

La présente invention concerne un anticorps agoniste anti-c-Met et son utilisation et, plus particulièrement, un anticorps agoniste ou des fragments de celui-ci qui se lient de manière spécifique à une protéine c-Met dérivée d'un être humain, un procédé de production de celui-ci, un procédé de détection spécifique de c-Met l'utilisant, une composition pour la prévention ou le traitement du cancer le comprenant, une composition pour induire la différenciation de cellules souches, et un milieu de culture pour cellules souches. Le procédé selon la présente invention peut être utilisé de manière efficace pour détecter des anticorps anti-c-Met, induire la différenciation de cellules souches à l'aide des anticorps, et traiter ou prévenir le cancer.

본 발명은 항 c-Met 아고니스트 항체 및 이의 용도에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 인간 유래 c-Met 단백질에 특이적으로 결합하는 아고니스트 항체 또는 그 단편, 이의 생산방법, 이를 이용한 c-Met 특이적 검출 방법, 이를 포함하는 암 예방 또는 치료용 조성물, 줄기세포 분화 유도용 조성물 및 줄기세포용 배양 배지에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 방법은 c-Met 항체를 검출하고, 항체를 이용하여 줄기세포 분화를 유도하고, 암을 치료 또는 예방하는 데에 유용하게 이용될 수 있다.
