Proposed are a method and device for decoding a video, wherein a video encoding and decoding process comprises: determining whether a prediction mode of the current block is an affine mode; dividing a luma block of the current block into a plurality of square-shaped sub-luma blocks on the basis of a predetermined sub-block size if the prediction mode of the current block is the affine mode; using a motion vector of the upper-left sub-luma block and a motion vector of the lower-right sub-luma block among four mutually adjacent sub-luma blocks among the plurality of sub-luma blocks to determine an average luma motion vector for the four adjacent sub-luma blocks; determining the average luma motion vector as the motion vector of the current sub-chroma block corresponding to the four sub-luma blocks; and predicting the current sub-chroma block by using the determined motion vector.

L'invention concerne un procédé et un dispositif de décodage d'une vidéo, un processus de codage et de décodage de vidéo consistant à : déterminer si un mode de prédiction du bloc actuel est un mode affine ; diviser un bloc de luminance du bloc actuel en une pluralité de sous-blocs de luminance de forme carrée en fonction d'une taille de sous-bloc prédéterminée si le mode de prédiction du bloc actuel est le mode affine ; utiliser un vecteur de mouvement du sous-bloc de luminance supérieur gauche et un vecteur de mouvement du sous-bloc de luminance inférieur droit parmi quatre sous-blocs de luminance mutuellement adjacents parmi la pluralité de sous-blocs de luminance pour déterminer un vecteur de mouvement de luminance moyen pour les quatre sous-blocs de luminance adjacents ; déterminer le vecteur de mouvement de luminance moyen en tant que vecteur de mouvement du sous-bloc de chrominance actuel correspondant aux quatre sous-blocs de luminance ; et prédire le sous-bloc de chrominance actuel en utilisant le vecteur de mouvement déterminé.

비디오 부호화 및 복호화 과정 중에서, 현재 블록의 예측 모드가 아핀 모드인지 판단하고, 상기 현재 블록의 예측 모드가 아핀 모드이면, 미리정해진 서브 블록 크기에 기초하여 상기 현재 블록의 루마 블록을 복수의 정사각형 모양의 서브 루마 블록들로 분할하고, 상기 복수의 서브 루마 블록들 중 서로 인접하는 4개의 서브 루마 블록들 중에서, 좌상측의 서브 루마 블록의 움직임 벡터와 우하측의 서브 루마 블록의 움직임 벡터를 이용하여, 상기 4개의 서브 루마 블록들에 대한 평균 루마 움직임 벡터를 결정하고, 상기 평균 루마 움직임 벡터를 상기 4개의 서브 루마 블록들에 대응하는 현재 서브 크로마 블록의 움직임 벡터로 결정하고, 상기 결정된 움직임 벡터를 이용하여 상기 현재 서브 크로마 블록의 예측을 수행하는 비디오를 복호화하는 방법 및 장치를 제안한다.
