The present invention comprises a cell management controller comprising: a first antenna capable of communicating with an external device by using a first frequency; a second antenna capable of receiving a signal of a second frequency from the external device; a voltage generating unit for generating a voltage on the basis of the signal of the second frequency received from the second antenna; a driving unit for receiving, as an enable signal, a signal based on the voltage generated by the voltage generating unit; and a cell parameter measuring unit for measuring a parameter indicating the state of a battery cell on the basis of a control signal from the driving unit, wherein the driving unit transitions from a standby state to a wake-up state on the basis of the enable signal.

La présente invention comprend un contrôleur de gestion de cellules comprenant : une première antenne pouvant communiquer avec un dispositif externe à l'aide d'une première fréquence; une seconde antenne pouvant recevoir un signal d'une seconde fréquence provenant du dispositif externe; une unité de génération de tension destinée à générer une tension sur la base du signal de la seconde fréquence reçu en provenance de la seconde antenne; une unité d'entraînement destinée à recevoir, comme signal d'activation, un signal basé sur la tension générée par l'unité de génération de tension; et une unité de mesure de paramètre de cellule destinée à mesurer un paramètre indiquant l'état d'une cellule de batterie sur la base d'un signal de commande provenant de l'unité d'entraînement, l'unité d'entraînement passant d'un état de veille à un état de réveil sur la base du signal d'activation.

본 발명은 외부 장치와 제1 주파수를 이용하여 통신 가능한 제1 안테나; 외부 장치로부터의 제2 주파수의 신호를 수신 가능한 제2 안테나; 제2 안테나에서 수신된 제2 주파수의 신호에 기초하여 전압을 생성하는 전압 생성부; 전압 생성부에서 생성된 전압에 기초한 신호를 인에이블 신호로서 인가받는 구동부; 및 구동부로부터의 제어신호에 기초하여 배터리 셀의 상태를 나타내는 파라미터를 측정하는 셀 파라미터 측정부;를 포함하며, 인에이블 신호에 기초하여 구동부가 대기 상태에서 웨이크업 상태로 천이하는 셀 관리 제어기를 포함한다.
