The present invention relates to an anti-cancer pharmaceutical composition comprising a vivo cell injection chip as an active ingredient, the composition comprising: a porous three-dimensional cryogel scaffold comprising a structure in which first and second components of a hyaluronic acid derivative, having different chemical structures, are crosslinked; and cells cultured in chambers of the scaffold. The composition comprising the scaffold and the cells cultured in chambers of the scaffold exhibits a cell growth rate, a survival rate, a cancer cell killing ability, and a cancer metastasis reduction effect that is greater than those of a conventional two-dimensional culture, thereby being effectively usable in cancer treatment and cancer treatment methods or as a composition for cell cultures.

La présente invention concerne une composition pharmaceutique anticancéreuse comprenant une puce d'injection cellulaire in vivo en tant que principe actif, la composition comprenant: un échafaudage de cryogel tridimensionnel poreux comprenant une structure dans laquelle des premier et second composants d'un dérivé d'acide hyaluronique, ayant différentes structures chimiques, sont réticulés; et des cellules cultivées dans des chambres de l'échafaudage. La composition comprenant l'échafaudage et les cellules cultivées dans des chambres de l'échafaudage présente un taux de croissance cellulaire, un taux de survie, une capacité de destruction des cellules cancéreuses, et un effet de réduction de métastases cancéreuses étant supérieur à ceux d'une culture bidimensionnelle classique, ce qui permet d'être utilisé efficacement dans le traitement du cancer et les procédés de traitement du cancer ou en tant que composition pour des cultures cellulaires.

본 발명은 서로 다른 화학적 구조를 지닌 히알루론산 유도체의 제1성분 및 제2성분이 가교된 구조를 포함하는 다공성 3차원 크라이오젤 스캐폴드(scaffold): 및 상기 스캐폴드의 챔버 내에서 배양된 세포를 포함하는, 생체 내 세포 투입칩을 유효성분으로 포함하는 항암용 약학조성물에 관한 것으로, 상기 스캐폴드 및 상기 스캐폴드의 챔버내에서 배양된 세포를 포함하는 조성물은 종래의 2차원 배양과 비교하여, 세포의 성장률, 생존율, 암세포 살상능, 암전이 감소 효과를 나타내어, 암 치료, 암 치료방법 또는 세포배양용 조성물로 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.
