Abstract

An illumination device according to one embodiment comprises: a white light emitting device which includes at least one first light-emitting diode and a wavelength converter to achieve white light; and at least one second light-emitting diode which emits light suitable to produce cell-activating substances, wherein: the first light-emitting diode emits light with a center wavelength in a range of about 300 to 420nm and the second light-emitting diode emits light with a center wavelength in a range of about 605 to 935nm; and the wavelength converter includes a plurality of wavelength conversion materials so as to convert light of the first light-emitting diode into white light, and emits white light achieved by the white light emitting device and light generated by the second light-emitting diode to the outside, wherein, in an irradiance spectrum of the white light achieved by the white light emitting device, the irradiance, measured at the center wavelength, of light emitted from the first light-emitting diode is less than the irradiance, measured at a peak wavelength, of blue light emitted from the blue wavelength conversion material.

Un dispositif d’éclairage selon un mode de réalisation comprend : un dispositif d’émission de lumière blanche qui comprend au moins une première diode électroluminescente et un convertisseur de longueur d’onde pour obtenir une lumière blanche ; et au moins une deuxième diode électroluminescente qui émet une lumière adaptée pour produire des substances d’activation de cellules, où : la première diode électroluminescente émet une lumière ayant une longueur d’onde centrale dans une plage d’environ 300 à 420 nm et la deuxième diode électroluminescente émet une lumière ayant une longueur d’onde centrale dans une plage d’environ 605 à 935 nm ; et le convertisseur de longueur d’onde comprend une pluralité de matériaux de conversion de longueur d’onde de façon à convertir la lumière de la première diode électroluminescente en lumière blanche, et émet une lumière blanche obtenue par le dispositif d’émission de lumière blanche et la lumière générée par la deuxième diode électroluminescente à l’extérieur, où, dans un spectre d’éclairement énergétique de la lumière blanche obtenue par le dispositif d’émission de lumière blanche, l’éclairement énergétique, mesuré à la longueur d’onde centrale, de la lumière émise par la première diode électroluminescente est inférieur à l’éclairement énergétique, mesuré à une longueur d’onde de crête, de la lumière bleue émise par le matériau de conversion de longueur d’onde bleue.

일 실시예에 따른 조명 장치는, 적어도 하나의 제1 발광 다이오드 및 파장변환기를 포함하여 백색광을 구현하는 백색광 방출 장치; 및 세포 활성 물질을 생성하기에 적합한 광을 방출하는 적어도 하나의 제2 발광 다이오드를 포함하되, 상기 제1 발광 다이오드는 약 300 내지 420nm 범위 내의 중심 파장의 광을 방출하고, 상기 제2 발광 다이오드는 약 605 내지 935nm 범위 내의 중심 파장의 광을 방출하고, 상기 파장변환기는 상기 제1 발광 다이오드의 광을 백색광으로 변환하도록 복수의 파장변환물질을 포함하고, 상기 백색광 방출 장치에서 구현된 백색광 및 상기 제2 발광 다이오드에서 생성된 광을 외부로 방출하되, 상기 백색광 방출 장치에서 구현된 백색광의 복사 조도 스펙트럼에서 상기 제1 발광 다이오드에서 방출되는 광의 중심 파장의 복사 조도는 상기 청색 파장변환 물질에서 방출되는 청색광의 피크 파장의 복사 조도보다 작다.
