A method, performed by a robot vacuum cleaner, of planning a cleaning route includes: dividing an indoor space into at least one cleanable region based on an indoor space map generated using at least one sensor included in the robot vacuum cleaner; dividing the at least one cleanable region into a plurality of partial regions based on a cleaning mode of the robot vacuum cleaner; and planning a first cleaning route to control a number of direction changes of the robot vacuum cleaner with respect to each of the plurality of partial regions based on the cleaning mode being a first mode.

L'invention concerne un procédé, mis en œuvre par un aspirateur robot, de planification d'un itinéraire de nettoyage, comprenant les étapes consistant à : diviser un espace intérieur en au moins une région nettoyable sur la base d'une carte d'espace intérieur générée à l'aide d'au moins un capteur inclus dans l'aspirateur robot ; diviser la ou les régions nettoyables en une pluralité de régions partielles sur la base d'un mode de nettoyage de l'aspirateur robot ; et planifier un premier itinéraire de nettoyage pour commander un certain nombre de changements de direction de l'aspirateur robot par rapport à chacune de la pluralité de régions partielles sur la base du mode de nettoyage qui est un premier mode.
