The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a chlorinated polyvinyl chloride resin, and provides a method wherein, by optimizing all of: a polymerization step of preparing a vinyl chloride-based polymer; a step of chlorinating the vinyl chloride-based polymer; and a step of neutralizing same, a floating phenomenon of the resin and a cavitation phenomenon in a pump are eliminated in the manufacturing of the chlorinated polyvinyl chloride resin, thereby manufacturing a chlorinated polyvinyl chloride resin excellent in all properties, such as whiteness, bulk density, and porosity, with high process efficiency while achieving an improvement in productivity.

La présente invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'une résine de polychlorure de vinyle chlorée, et un procédé dans lequel par optimisation de toutes les étapes suivantes: une étape de polymérisation consistant à préparer un polymère à base de chlorure de vinyle; une étape consistant à chlorer le polymère à base de chlorure de vinyle; et une étape consistant en sa neutralisation, un phénomène de flottement de la résine et un phénomène de cavitation dans une pompe sont éliminés dans la fabrication de la résine de chlorure de polyvinyle chlorée, ce qui permet de produire une résine de polychlorure de vinyle chlorée présentant d'excellentes propriétés globales, telles que la blancheur, la masse volumique et la porosité, avec une efficacité de traitement élevée tout en obtenant une amélioration de la productivité.

본 발명은 염소화 폴리염화비닐 수지의 제조 방법에 관한 것으로, 염화비닐계 중합체를 제조하는 중합 공정, 염화비닐계 중합체를 염소화하는 공정, 및 이를 중화하는 공정을 모두 최적화함으로써, 염소화 폴리염화비닐 수지 제조시 수지의 부유 현상, 펌프에서 캐비테이션 현상을 제거하여 생산성을 향상시키면서 백색도, 벌크 밀도, 기공도 등의 물성도 모두 우수한 염소화 폴리염화비닐 수지를 높은 공정 효율로 제조하는 방법이 제공된다.
