The present invention relates to a heat exchanger including a plurality of fluid channel plates laminated on each other to form a cooling water fluid channel through which cooling water flows and an air fluid channel through which air flows, wherein the fluid channel plates have a cooling water inlet hole through which the cooling water is introduced and a cooling water outlet hole through which the cooling water is discharged, and the cooling water inlet hole and the cooling water outlet hole are spaced apart from each other, and beads, which block the flow of the cooling water, protrude between the cooling water inlet hole and the cooling water outlet hole, wherein the beads are arranged to surround the periphery of the cooling water inlet hole and the cooling water outlet hole, and are spaced apart from each other such that flow resistance of the cooling water decreases as a flow length of the cooling water increases, so that, flow distribution of the cooling water can be uniformized by the beads protruding to guide the flow of the cooling water on the fluid channel plates, thereby improving cooling efficiency of the heat exchanger.

La présente invention concerne un échangeur de chaleur comprenant une pluralité de plaques de canal de fluide stratifiées les unes sur les autres pour former un canal de fluide d'eau de refroidissement à travers lequel s'écoule de l'eau de refroidissement et un canal de fluide d'air à travers lequel s'écoule de l'air, les plaques de canal de fluide ayant un trou d'entrée d'eau de refroidissement à travers lequel l'eau de refroidissement est introduite et un trou de sortie d'eau de refroidissement à travers lequel l'eau de refroidissement est évacuée, et le trou d'entrée d'eau de refroidissement et le trou de sortie d'eau de refroidissement étant espacés l'un de l'autre, et des billes, qui bloquent l'écoulement de l'eau de refroidissement, faisant saillie entre le trou d'entrée d'eau de refroidissement et le trou de sortie d'eau de refroidissement, les billes étant agencées pour entourer la périphérie du trou d'entrée d'eau de refroidissement et du trou de sortie d'eau de refroidissement et étant espacées les unes des autres de telle sorte que la résistance à l'écoulement de l'eau de refroidissement diminue à mesure que la longueur d'écoulement de l'eau de refroidissement augmente, de telle sorte que la distribution d'écoulement de l'eau de refroidissement puisse être uniformisée par les billes faisant saillie pour guider l'écoulement de l'eau de refroidissement sur les plaques de canal de fluide, ce qui permet d'améliorer l'efficacité de refroidissement de l'échangeur de chaleur.

본 발명은 적층에 의해 냉각수가 유동되는 냉각수 유로 및 공기가 유동되는 공기 유로를 각각 형성하는 복수개의 유로 플레이트를 포함하여 구성된 열교환기에 있어서, 상기 유로 플레이트는 냉각수가 유입되는 냉각수 유입홀과 냉각수가 배출되는 냉각수 배출홀이 서로 이격되어 형성되며, 상기 냉각수 유입홀과 냉각수 배출홀의 사이에 냉각수 유동을 막는 비드들이 돌출 형성되되, 상기 비드들은 냉각수 유입홀 및 냉각수 배출홀의 주변을 둘러싸도록 배치되며, 냉각수의 유동 길이가 길어질수록 냉각수의 유동 저항이 작아지게 비드들이 이격되어 배치되어, 유로 플레이트에서 냉각수의 흐름을 안내하도록 돌출 형성된 비드들에 의해 냉각수의 유동 분배가 균일해져 열교환기의 냉각 효율이 향상될 수 있는 열교환기에 관한 것이다.
