Abstract

The present invention relates to a portable cardiopulmonary resuscitation device which can be carried for use. A portable cardiopulmonary resuscitation device, which includes an accelerometer for outputting an acceleration value according to movement of the cardiopulmonary resuscitation device, comprises: a pressure sensing part for sensing a pressed state of the cardiopulmonary resuscitation device; and a control part for detecting an adjacent top or bottom dead center from an output signal of the pressure sensing part which varies according to the vertical movement of the cardiopulmonary resuscitation device, and correcting a movement distance of the cardiopulmonary resuscitation device calculated from an output signal of the accelerometer on the basis of the detected adjacent top or bottom dead center so as to output a chest compression depth.

La présente invention concerne un dispositif de réanimation cardio-pulmonaire portable qui peut être porté à des fins d'utilisation. Un dispositif de réanimation cardio-pulmonaire portable, qui comprend un accéléromètre pour délivrer en sortie une valeur d'accélération selon le mouvement du dispositif de réanimation cardio-pulmonaire, comprend : un élément de détection de pression pour détecter un état pressé du dispositif de réanimation cardio-pulmonaire; et un élément de commande pour détecter un point mort haut ou bas adjacent à partir d'un signal de sortie de l'élément de détection de pression qui varie en fonction du mouvement vertical du dispositif de réanimation cardio-pulmonaire, et corriger une distance de mouvement du dispositif de réanimation cardio-pulmonaire calculée à partir d'un signal de sortie de l'accéléromètre sur la base du point mort haut ou bas adjacent détecté de façon à délivrer en sortie une profondeur de compression thoracique.

본 발명은 휴대 사용이 가능한 휴대용 심폐 소생기에 관한 것으로, 심폐 소생기의 움직임에 따른 가속도값을 출력하는 가속도계를 포함하는 휴대용 심폐 소생기에 있어서, 심폐 소생기의 가압상태를 감지하기 위한 가압 감지부와; 심폐 소생기의 상하 이동에 따라 변화되는 상기 가압 감지부의 출력신호에서 인접하는 상사점 또는 하사점을 검출하고, 검출된 인접 상사점 또는 하사점을 기준으로 하여 상기 가속도계의 출력신호로부터 산출되는 심폐 소생기의 이동거리를 보정하여 흉부 압박 깊이를 출력하는 제어부;를 포함함을 특징으로 한다.
