The present invention relates to an apparatus for suppressing flow resonance at sea for ship work that generates buoyancy by penetration of both ends thereof and allows elastic deformation, the apparatus comprising: a first unit mooring between one hull or an offshore structure and an adjacent hull or an adjacent offshore structure thereof; a second unit mounted on one side of the first unit to dissipate flow and resonance of the sea; a third unit mounted on one side of the first unit and disposed in the water to dissipate the flow and resonance of the sea while moving together with the first unit according to the flow of the sea; and a fourth unit mounted on one side of the first unit and disposed between the second unit and the third unit to trap waves of a predetermined length or less from among the flow and resonance of the sea near the first unit and flowing into the first unit, wherein waves of a predetermined length or more among the flow and resonance of the sea are dissipated by the third unit, and the waves trapped by the fourth unit are dissipated by the second unit, and thus, it is possible to promote safe work by suppressing the flow and resonance when docking a ship or working on a free water surface in the gap between ships.

La présente invention porte sur un appareil de suppression de la résonance d'écoulement en mer pour un travail sur navire qui génère une flottabilité par pénétration des deux extrémités de celui-ci et permet une déformation élastique, l'appareil comprenant : une première unité d'amarrage entre une coque ou une structure en mer et une coque adjacente ou une structure en mer adjacente à celle-ci ; une deuxième unité montée sur un côté de la première unité pour dissiper l'écoulement et la résonance de la mer ; une troisième unité montée sur un côté de la première unité et disposée dans l'eau pour dissiper l'écoulement et la résonance de la mer tout en se déplaçant conjointement avec la première unité en fonction de l'écoulement de la mer ; et une quatrième unité montée sur un côté de la première unité et disposée entre la deuxième unité et la troisième unité pour piéger des ondes de longueur prédéterminée ou inférieure au sein de l'écoulement et la résonance de la mer à proximité de la première unité et s'écoulant dans la première unité, des ondes d'une longueur prédéterminée ou supérieure au sein du flux et la résonance de la mer étant dissipées par la troisième unité, et les ondes capturées par la quatrième unité étant dissipées par la deuxième unité, et ainsi, il est possible de favoriser un travail sûr par suppression de l'écoulement et de la résonance lors de l'accostage d'un navire ou d'un travail sur une surface d'eau libre dans l'espace entre des navires.

본 발명은 양단이 관통되어 부력을 발생시키며 탄성 변형을 허용하는 것으로, 하나의 선체 또는 해양구조물과 이웃한 선체 또는 해양구조물 사이에 계류되는 제1 유닛; 상기 제1 유닛의 일측에 장착되어 해상의 유동 및 공진을 소산시키는 제2 유닛; 상기 제1 유닛의 일측에 장착되어 수중에 배치되고 해상의 유동에 따른 상기 제1 유닛과 함께 운동하면서 상기 해상의 유동 및 공진을 소산시키는 제3 유닛; 및 상기 제1 유닛의 일측에 장착되어 상기 제2 유닛과 상기 제3 유닛 사이에 배치되고, 상기 제1 유닛 부근 및 상기 제1 유닛 내부로 유입되는 상기 해상의 유동 및 공진중 일정 길이 이하의 파를 트랩(trap)시키는 제4 유닛을 포함하며, 상기 해상의 유동 및 공진중 일정 길이 이상의 파는 상기 제3 유닛에 의하여 소산되고, 상기 제4 유닛에 의하여 트랩된 파는 상기 제2 유닛에 의하여 소산되는 것을 특징으로 하여, 선박의 이접안 작업이나 선박과 선박 틈새의 자유수면 상에서 작업시 유동 및 공진을 억제함으로써 안전한 제반 작업을 도모할 수 있도록 한 선박작업용의 해상유동 공진억제장치에 관한 것이다.
