The present invention provides an ignition coil which can be reduced in weight and cost while retaining the performance of conventional ignition coils. The objective of the present invention is to provide an ignition coil which can be manufactured using conventional processes, such that costs due to process switching are not incurred. The ignition coil is characterized by comprising: a pipe-shaped spool; and a wire wound on the outer circumference of the spool, wherein the wire is formed extending in one direction, and the central portion of a cross-section perpendicular to the direction of extension is formed of aluminum, while the outer surface of the cross-section is formed of copper.

La présente invention concerne une bobine d'allumage dont le poids et le coût peuvent être réduits tout en conservant les performances des bobines d'allumage classiques. L'objectif de la présente invention est de produire une bobine d'allumage qui peut être fabriquée à l'aide de procédés classiques, de telle sorte que les coûts dus à une commutation de processus ne sont pas encourus. La bobine d'allumage est caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend: une bobine en forme de tuyau; et un fil enroulé sur la circonférence externe de la bobine, le fil étant formé par extension dans une direction, et la partie centrale d'une section transversale perpendiculaire à la direction d'extension est formée d'aluminium, tandis que la surface extérieure de la section transversale est formée de cuivre.

본 발명은 종래 점화코일의 성능을 유지하면서 중량 및 비용을 절감할 수 있는 점화코일을 제공하고, 본 발명을 제조 시, 종래의 공정을 그대로 이용할 수 있어 공정 전환으로 인한 비용이 들지 않는 점화코일을 제공하는 것을 목적으로 하며, 관 형상의 스풀; 및 상기 스풀의 외주에 권취되는 와이어; 를 포함하고, 상기 와이어는, 일 방향으로 연장형성되며, 연장형성된 방향과 수직하는 단면은, 중심부는 알루미늄으로 형성되고, 외측면은 구리로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
