According to a composition for predicting or detecting sensitivity in taste preference, comprising a polynucleotide capable of detecting a single nucleotide polymorphism marker; a kit; and a method for providing information for predicting or detecting sensitivity in taste preference of a subject, the degree to which body fat decreases according to the subject’s taste preference can be predicted or measured. The predicted or measured degree to which body fat decreases according to the subject’s taste preference may be applied to an individualized obesity treatment to enhance the efficacy thereof.

Selon une composition et un kit de prédiction ou de détection de la sensibilité dans le cadre d'une préférence de goût, comprenant un polynucléotide capable de détecter un marqueur de polymorphisme mononucléotidique, une trousse; et un procédé pour fournir des informations afin de prédire ou détecter la sensibilité d'un sujet à une préférence de goût, le degré de diminution de la graisse corporelle en fonction de la préférence de goût du sujet peut être prédit ou mesuré. Le degré prédit ou mesuré auquel la graisse corporelle diminue selon la préférence du goût du sujet peut être appliqué à un traitement d'obésité individualisé pour améliorer son efficacité.

단일염기다형성 마커를 검출할 수 있는 폴리뉴클레오티드를 포함하는 미각 선호도에 대한 민감도 예측 또는 진단하기 위한 조성물, 및 키트 및 개체의 미각 선호도에 대한 민감도 예측 또는 진단하기 위한 정보를 제공하는 방법에 의하면, 개체의 미각 선호도에 따른 체치방이 감소하는 정도를 예측 또는 측정할 수 있다. 예측 또는 측정된 개체의 미각 선호도에 따른 체지방이 감소하는 정도는 개인 맞춤의학적 비만 치료에 적용하여 효과를 증대시킬 수 있다.
