According to a composition and a kit for predicting or diagnosing sensitivity to exercise, each comprising a polynucleotide capable of detecting a single nucleotide polymorphism marker, and a method for providing information for predicting or diagnosing sensitivity of a subject to exercise, a degree of decrease in body mass index with the exercise of the subject can be predicted or measured. The predicted or measured degree of decrease in body mass index with the exercise of the subject can be applied to personalized treatment for obesity to increase therapeutic effects.

Selon une composition et un kit de prédiction ou de diagnostic de la sensibilité à l'exercice, chacun comprenant un polynucléotide capable de détecter un marqueur de polymorphisme mononucléotidique, et un procédé pour fournir des informations afin de prédire ou de diagnostiquer la sensibilité d'un sujet à un exercice, un degré de diminution de l'indice de masse corporelle avec l'exercice du sujet peut être prédit ou mesuré. Le degré prédit ou mesuré de diminution de l'indice de masse corporelle avec l'exercice du sujet peut être appliqué à un traitement personnalisé contre l'obésité afin d'augmenter les effets thérapeutiques.
