The present invention relates to a medical drill device that recognizes the bending of a drill bit and, more particularly, to a medical drill device that recognizes the bending of a drill bit, the medical drill device comprising: a drill bit; a drill chuck provided with a plurality of jaws having inner surfaces corresponding to each other to thereby fix the drill bit; a driving means for providing rotational force to the drill chuck; and a pressure detecting means for measuring the force acting in the outer direction of the drill bit fixed to the drill chuck. According to the present invention, the pressure sensor for measuring the force acting in the outward direction of the drill bit fixed to the drill chuck is mounted on each jaw, so that when the pressure values measured at each pressure sensor are measured to be non-uniform, it is possible to prevent in advance the drill bit from being broken due to bending of the drill bit by notifying a user thereof or forcibly stopping the rotation of the drill bit.

La présente invention concerne un dispositif de perçage médical qui reconnaît la courbure d'un foret, et, plus particulièrement, un dispositif de perçage médical qui reconnaît la courbure d'un foret, le dispositif de perçage médical comprenant : un foret ; un mandrin porte-foret comportant une pluralité de mâchoires ayant des surfaces internes correspondant les unes aux autres pour fixer ainsi le foret ; un moyen d'entraînement pour fournir une force de rotation au mandrin porte-foret ; et un moyen de détection de pression pour mesurer la force agissant dans la direction externe du foret fixé au mandrin porte-foret. Selon la présente invention, le capteur de pression pour mesurer la force agissant dans la direction vers l'extérieur du foret fixé au mandrin porte-foret est monté sur chaque mâchoire, de telle sorte que, lorsque les valeurs de pression mesurées au niveau de chaque capteur de pression sont mesurées comme étant non uniformes, il est possible d'empêcher à l'avance la cassure du foret en raison de la courbure du foret en avertissant un utilisateur de celle-ci ou en arrêtant de force la rotation du foret.

본 발명은, 드릴비트의 휨을 인지하는 의료용 드릴 장치에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는, 드릴비트와, 드릴비트를 고정하기 위해 내측면끼리 서로 대응하는 복수의 조가 구비된 드릴척과, 드릴척에 회전력을 제공하는 구동수단 및 드릴척에 고정된 드릴비트의 외측방향으로 작용하는 힘을 측정하는 압력검출수단을 포함하는 드릴비트의 휨을 인지하는 의료용 드릴 장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면, 드릴척에 고정된 드릴비트의 외측방향으로 작용하는 힘을 측정하는 압력센서가 각각의 조에 장착됨으로써, 각각의 압력센서에 측정되는 압력값들이 서로 비균등한 것으로 측정되면, 사용자에게 이를 알리거나 드릴비트의 회전을 강제로 멈추게 함으로써 드릴비트의 휘어짐으로 인해 드릴비트가 부러지는 것을 미연에 방지할 수 있다.
