Abstract

A method for manufacturing a triple capsule according to one aspect of the present invention comprises: a step of supplying an interior material, an intermediate film material, and an outer film material; a step of performing coextrusion on the interior material, the intermediate film material, and the outer film material through a triple nozzle so as to discharge a triple molded body, wherein a first nozzle receives, through a nozzle mount, the interior material, the intermediate film material, and the outer film material and discharges the interior material, a second nozzle discharges the intermediate film material, a third nozzle discharges the outer film material, and the first nozzle, the second nozzle, and the third nozzle are arranged concentrically in the triple nozzle; and a step of forming the triple capsule by circulating a coolant to cool the triple molded body.

Un procédé de fabrication d'une capsule triple selon un aspect de la présente invention comprend : une étape de fourniture d'un matériau intérieur, d'un matériau de film intermédiaire et d'un matériau de film extérieur; une étape consistant à effectuer une co-extrusion sur le matériau intérieur, le matériau de film intermédiaire et le matériau de film extérieur par l'intermédiaire d'une triple buse de façon à décharger un corps moulé triple, une première buse recevant, par l'intermédiaire d'un support de buse, le matériau intérieur, le matériau de film intermédiaire et le matériau de film extérieur et déchargeant le matériau intérieur, une deuxième buse déchargeant le matériau de film intermédiaire, une troisième buse déchargeant le matériau de film extérieur, et la première buse, la deuxième buse et la troisième buse étant disposées de manière concentrique dans la triple buse; et une étape de formation de la triple capsule par circulation d'un fluide de refroidissement pour refroidir le corps moulé triple.

일 측면에 따른 삼중 캡슐을 제조하는 방법은, 내장재, 중간막재 및 외막재를 공급하는 단계; 노즐 마운트를 통해 상기 내장재, 상기 중간막재 및 상기 외막재를 공급받고, 상기 내장재를 토출하는 제1 노즐, 상기 중간막재를 토출하는 제2 노즐 및 상기 외막재를 토출하는 제3 노즐이 동심상으로 배열되는 삼중 노즐을 통해 상기 내장재, 상기 중간막재 및 상기 외막재에 대한 공압출(coextrusion)을 수행함으로써 삼중 성형체를 토출하는 단계; 및 냉각재를 순환시켜 상기 삼중 성형체를 냉각함으로써 상기 삼중 캡슐을 형성하는 단계를 포함한다.
