The present invention relates to an ion-exchange resin module and a deionization apparatus using same. An ion-exchange resin module (36) is filled therein with ion-exchange resins (42) and has a pressing plate (46) configured to extract fluid from between the ion-exchange resins (42). The ion-exchange resin module (36) is installed such that a plurality thereof are stacked in an inner space (22) inside a tank (20) of the deionization apparatus. In the inner space (22), an exhaust pipe (24) which passes through the bottom of the tank (20) and extends to the top portion thereof is installed, the exhaust pipe (24) being positioned in a through-duct (43) which passes through the center of the ion-exchange resin modules (36). Thus, according to the present invention, the ion-exchange resins (42) can be used more efficiently, and there are advantages of, for example, increasing the recycling rate of cooling water and the like and reducing the maintenance and working time.

La présente invention concerne un module de résine échangeuse d'ions et un appareil de déionisation l'utilisant. Un module de résine échangeuse d'ions (36) y est rempli de résines échangeuses d'ions (42) et comporte une plaque de pressage (46) configurée pour extraire un fluide entre les résines échangeuses d'ions (42). Le module de résine échangeuse d'ions (36) est installé de telle sorte qu'une pluralité de ceux-ci sont empilés dans un espace interne (22) à l'intérieur d'un réservoir (20) de l'appareil de désionisation. Dans l'espace intérieur (22), un tuyau d'échappement (24) qui traverse le fond du réservoir (20) et qui s'étend jusqu'à la partie supérieure de celui-ci est installé, le tuyau d'échappement (24) étant positionné dans un conduit traversant (43) qui traverse le centre des modules de résine échangeuse d'ions (36). Ainsi, selon la présente invention, les résines échangeuses d'ions (42) peuvent être utilisées plus efficacement, ce qui présente des avantages, par exemple, l'augmentation du taux de recyclage de l'eau de refroidissement et analogue, et la réduction du temps de maintenance et de travail.

본 발명은 이온교환수지모듈과 이를 사용한 이온제거장치에 관한 것이다. 상기 이온교환수지모듈(36)은 내부에 이온교환수지(42)가 채워지고 압착판(46)을 가져서 이온교환수지(42) 사이에 있는 유체를 빼낼 수 있도록 되어 있다. 상기 이온교환수지모듈(36)은 이온제거장치의 탱크(20) 내부에 있는 내부공간(22)에 다수개가 적층되어 설치된다. 상기 내부공간(22)에는 탱크(20)의 하부를 관통하고 상부까지 연장된 배출배관(24)이 설치되어 있는데, 상기 이온교환수지모듈(36)의 중앙을 관통하는 관통덕트(43)내에 위치된다. 이와 같은 본 발명에 의하면 이온교환수지(42)를 보다 효율적으로 사용할 수 있고, 예를 들면 냉각수 등의 재활용율을 높이고 유지보수작업시간을 줄일 수 있는 이점이 있다.
