The present invention provides: a recombinant expression vector comprising a gene encoding a porcine parvovirus VP2 protein; a recombinant plant or a recombinant insect cell transformed with the vector; and a vaccine composition for a porcine parvovirus and a composition for diagnosing porcine parvovirus, both of which contain a porcine parvovirus VP2 protein obtained from the recombinant plant or the recombinant insect cell. When the recombinant plant or the recombinant insect cell of the present invention is used, a porcine parvovirus antigenic protein can be produced with high efficiency, and a method for producing a porcine parvovirus antigenic protein by using the recombinant plant or the recombinant insect cell exhibits safety and stability superior to those of other antigen production methods. In addition, the composition for diagnosing porcine parvovirus, of the present invention, uses a recombinant antigenic protein so as to remove the possibility of contamination according to the handling of live viruses, and thus is safe, and enables rapid diagnosis of porcine parvovirus infection from a large amount of samples.

La présente invention concerne un vecteur d'expression recombinant comprenant un gène codant pour une protéine VP2 de parvovirus porcin ; une plante recombinante ou une cellule d'insecte recombinante transformée avec le vecteur ; et une composition de vaccin pour un parvovirus porcin et une composition pour diagnostiquer un parvovirus porcin, les deux contenant une protéine VP2 de parvovirus porcin obtenue à partir de la plante recombinante ou de la cellule d'insecte recombinante. Lorsque la plante recombinante ou la cellule d'insecte recombinante de la présente invention est utilisée, une protéine antigénique de parvovirus porcin peut être produite avec une efficacité élevée et un procédé de production d'une protéine antigénique de parvovirus porcin à l'aide de la plante recombinante ou de la cellule d'insecte recombinante présente une sécurité et une stabilité supérieures à celles d'autres procédés de production d'antigène. De plus, la composition pour diagnostiquer un parvovirus porcin, selon la présente invention, utilise une protéine antigénique recombinante de façon à éliminer la possibilité de contamination en fonction de la manipulation de virus vivants et est donc sûre et permet un diagnostic rapide d'une infection par un parvovirus porcin à partir d'une grande quantité d'échantillons.

본 발명은 돼지파보바이러스 VP2 단백질을 코딩하는 유전자를 포함하는 재조합 발현 벡터, 상기 벡터에 의해 형질전환된 재조합 식물체 또는 재조합 곤충 세포, 상기 재조합 식물체 또는 재조합 곤충 세포로부터 수득한 돼지파보바이러스 VP2 단백질을 포함하는 돼지파보바이러스에 대한 백신 조성물 및 돼지파보바이러스 진단용 조성물을 제공한다. 본 발명의 재조합 식물체 또는 재조합 곤충 세포를 이용할 경우, 돼지파보바이러스 항원 단백질을 고효율로 생산할 수 있으며 상기 재조합 식물체 또는 재조합 곤충 세포를 이용한 돼지파보바이러스 항원 단백질 생산 방법은 다른 항원 생산 방법에 비해 우수한 안전성 및 안정성을 나타낸다. 본 발명의 돼지파보바이러스 진단용 조성물은 재조합 항원 단백질을 이용하기 때문에 살아있는 바이러스 취급에 따른 오염 가능성이 없어 안전하고, 대량의 시료로부터 신속하게 돼지파보바이러스 감염 여부를 진단할 수 있다.
