The present invention relates to a flexible and stretchable thermoelectric element which can be cooled and heated and, more particularly, to a flexible and stretchable thermoelectric element including: a thermoelectric material; at least one pair of elastic composites having flexibility and elasticity; and a first electrode and a second electrode which are deformable and are at least partially embedded in the elastic composites, wherein the first electrode and the second electrode are at least partially electrically connected to both sides of the thermoelectric material, respectively, whereby the thermoelectric element has excellent flexibility, stretchability, and thermal conductivity, and thus has excellent efficiency when cooled or heated, and is suitably applicable to a wearable device to be brought into contact with a human body. La présente invention concerne un élément thermoélectrique flexible et étirable qui peut être refroidi et chauffé et, plus particulièrement, un élément thermoélectrique flexible et étirable comprenant : un matériau thermoélectrique; au moins une paire de composites élastiques présentant une certaine flexibilité et élasticité; et une première électrode et une seconde électrode qui sont déformables et sont au moins partiellement incorporées dans les composites élastiques, la première électrode et la seconde électrode étant au moins partiellement connectées électriquement aux deux côtés du matériau thermoélectrique, respectivement, moyennant quoi l'élément thermoélectrique a une excellente flexibilité, extensibilité et conductivité thermique et présente ainsi une excellente efficacité lorsqu'il est refroidi ou chauffé et est applicable de façon appropriée à un dispositif pouvant être porté devant être amené en contact avec un corps humain.
