Provided are a battery module with improved safety by being capable of blocking current during a temperature increase, a battery pack comprising the battery module, and a vehicle comprising the battery pack. The battery module according to the present invention is characterized in that the battery module comprises two or more battery cells, wherein the battery cells are pouch-type secondary batteries having a structure in which an electrode assembly having one end of an electrode lead of opposite polarity connected to both ends thereof is accommodated and sealed with an electrolyte in a pouch case, wherein the other end of the electrode lead is exposed to the outside of the pouch case. The electrode lead and a bus bar are connected to electrically connect a first battery cell and a second battery cell among the battery cells. The bus bar is made of a metal layer and a material layer, wherein the material layer can operate with resistance when the temperature rises but is normally conductive. The material layer includes a gas-generating material that decomposes at a certain temperature or higher to increase resistance by generating gas.

L'invention concerne un module de batterie présentant une sécurité améliorée en étant apte à bloquer un courant pendant une augmentation de température, un bloc-batterie comprenant le module de batterie et un véhicule comprenant le bloc-batterie. Le module de batterie selon la présente invention est caractérisé en ce que le module de batterie comprend au moins deux éléments de batterie, les éléments de batterie étant des batteries secondaires de type poche ayant une structure dans laquelle un ensemble d'électrodes ayant une extrémité d'un fil d'électrode de polarité opposée connectée aux deux extrémités de celui-ci étant logé et scellé avec un électrolyte dans un boîtier de poche, l'autre extrémité du fil d'électrode étant exposée à l'extérieur du boîtier de poche. Le fil d'électrode et une barre omnibus sont connectés pour connecter électriquement un premier élément de batterie et un second élément de batterie parmi les éléments de batterie. La barre omnibus est constituée d'une couche métallique et d'une couche de matériau, la couche de matériau pouvant fonctionner avec une résistance lorsque la température augmente mais étant normalement conductrice. La couche de matériau comprend un matériau de génération de gaz qui se décompose à une certaine température ou plus pour augmenter la résistance par génération de gaz.

온도 상승시 전류를 차단할 수 있어 안전성이 향상된 배터리 모듈, 이러한 배터리 모듈을 포함하는 배터리 팩 및 이러한 배터리 팩을 포함하는 자동차를 제공한다. 본 발명에 따른 배터리 모듈은 둘 이상의 배터리 셀을 포함하는 배터리 모듈에 있어서, 상기 배터리 셀은 반대되는 극성의 전극 리드의 일단부가 양단에 각각 접속된 전극 조립체가 파우치 케이스에 전해액과 함께 수납 밀봉된 구조를 가지고, 상기 전극 리드의 타단부가 상기 파우치 케이스의 외부로 노출되어 있는 파우치형 이차 전지이며, 상기 배터리 셀 중 제1 배터리 셀과 제2 배터리 셀간을 전기적으로 접속하는 데에 상기 전극 리드와 버스바를 연결하며, 상기 버스바는 금속층 및 평상시에는 도전성이지만 온도가 상승하면 저항으로 작동할 수 있는 물질층을 포함하여 이루어지고, 상기 물질층은 일정 온도 이상에서 분해되어 가스를 발생시킴으로써 저항을 증가시키는 가스발생재료를 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 한다.
