The present invention relates to a microfluidic connection device for enabling faster observation of reactions even with only sample amount far less than that of reaction experiments in which a 96-well particularly used for a conventional sample reaction is used. The objective of the present invention is to provide the microfluidic connection device comprising: a microtube having a fine tube shape; a microvalve comprising a fluid moving unit for causing samples filled in the microtube to flow or stop; a plate-shaped plate; a reaction zone in which chemical reactions between samples supplied through the microtube occur, which has an observation window through which chemical reactions are observed, and which is provided on the upper surface of the plate; a supply tube for connecting the reaction zone with the microtube; and a reaction plate comprising a discharge tube for discharging reactants from the reaction zone, and thus the present invention enables: the analysis of antibody immunoreactions to be performed much faster than analysis using a 96-well plate used in a conventional ELISA; the analysis to be carried out even with a very small amount so that necessary expenses can also be far less expensive; the labor of an experimenter to be reduced by allowing multiple reaction processes comprising intermediate washing to be automatically carried out; and urgent experimentation of immunoreactions to be immediately performed on site, thereby enabling the rapid improvement of a medical system and medical technology.

La présente invention concerne un dispositif de raccordement microfluidique destiné à permettre une observation plus rapide de réactions y compris avec une quantité d'échantillon seulement bien inférieure à celle d'expériences de réaction dans lesquelles une plaque à 96 puits utilisée en particulier pour une réaction d'échantillon classique est utilisée. L'objectif de la présente invention est de fournir le dispositif de raccordement microfluidique comprenant : un microtube ayant une forme de tube fin ; une microvanne comprenant une unité de déplacement de fluide servant à amener des échantillons remplis dans le microtube à s'écouler ou à s'arrêter ; une plaque en forme de plaque ; une zone de réaction dans laquelle des réactions chimiques entre des échantillons fournis à travers le microtube se produisent, qui a une fenêtre d'observation à travers laquelle des réactions chimiques sont observées, et qui est disposée sur la surface supérieure de la plaque ; un tube d'alimentation pour raccorder la zone de réaction au microtube ; et une plaque de réaction comprenant un tube d'évacuation pour évacuer les réactifs de la zone de réaction, la présente invention permettant ainsi : de réaliser l'analyse des immunoréactions d'anticorps beaucoup plus rapidement que l'analyse à l'aide d'une plaque à 96 puits utilisée dans un ELISA classique ; de réaliser l'analyse y compris avec une très petite quantité de sorte que les dépenses nécessaires puissent également être beaucoup moins élevées ; de réduire le travail d'un expérimentateur en permettant de réaliser automatiquement de multiples processus de réaction comprenant un lavage intermédiaire ; et de réaliser immédiatement sur le site une expérimentation urgente d'immunoréactions, ce qui permet d'améliorer rapidement un système médical et une technologie médicale.

본 발명은 특히 종래 시료 반응에 사용되던 96-well을 이용한 반응 실험보다 훨씬 소량의 시료만으로도 더욱 신속하게 반응 관찰을 가능하게 하는 미세유체 접속 장치에 관한 것으로서, 미세한 관 형태의 미세 튜브와, 미세 튜브에 충전된 시료들을 유동시키거나 또는 정지시키는 유체 이동 유닛으로 이루어지는 미세 밸브와, 판 형태의 플레이트와, 상기 미세 튜브를 통하여 공급받는 시료들 간의 화학반응이 발생되며 화학반응이 관측되는 관측 창이 형성되며 플레이트 상면에 설치되는 반응 존과, 반응 존을 미세 튜브와 연결시키는 공급 관과, 반응 존으로부터 반응물을 배출시키는 배출 관으로 이루어지는 반응 플레이트로 구성되어, 종래의 ELISA 수행에 사용되던 96-well plate 보다 훨씬 신속하게 항체면역반응 분석이 이루어질 수 있으면서도, 극미량의 시료로도 분석이 가능하여 소요되는 비용도 훨씬 저렴하고, 복수의 반응 과정이 중간 세척을 포함하여 자동으로 수행되어 실험자의 노고가 감소될뿐만 아니라 긴급한 면역반응 실험이 현장에서 즉석에서 이루어짐으로써 의료 시스템 및 의료기술의 비약적인 향상이 가능한 미세유체 접속 장치를 제공하고자 한다.
