The present invention relates to a measurement method for an electrochemical biosensor which detects, by means of an electrochemical signal measurement principle, a biomarker included in blood, urination, saliva, etc. and, more specifically, to a measurement method for an electrochemical biosensor which can improve accuracy and reproducibility of measurement in measuring by means of chronoamperometry or chronoculometry in an in vitro diagnostic device using an electrochemical biosensor. According to the present invention, in measuring, by means of chronoamperometry or chronoculometry, an electrochemical biosensor for measuring a biomarker, an excellent effect of improving accuracy and reproducibility of measurement results by measuring an electric charge value after immersing an electrode in a measurement solution and not applying a voltage to the electrode for a certain period of time or by measuring an electric current value after applying a voltage for a certain period of time.

La présente invention concerne une méthode de mesure destinée à un biocapteur électrochimique qui détecte, au moyen d'un principe de mesure de signal électrochimique, un biomarqueur inclus dans le sang, la miction, la salive, etc., et plus précisément, une méthode de mesure d'un biocapteur électrochimique permettant d'améliorer la précision et la reproductibilité de la mesure par une mesure au moyen de la chronoampérométrie ou de la chronocoulométrie dans un dispositif de diagnostic in vitro à l'aide d'un biocapteur électrochimique. Selon la présente invention, lors de la mesure, par chronoampérométrie ou chronocoulométrie, d'un biocapteur électrochimique afin de mesurer un biomarqueur, un excellent effet d'amélioration de la précision et de la reproductibilité des résultats de mesure, par la mesure d'une valeur de charge électrique après l'immersion d'une électrode dans une solution de mesure et la non-application d'une tension à l'électrode pendant une certaine période de temps, ou par la mesure d'une valeur de courant électrique après l'application d'une tension pendant une certaine période de temps, est obtenu.

본 발명은 전기화학신호 측정원리로 혈액, 배뇨, 타액 등 체액에 포함된 바이오마커를 검출하는 전기화학식 바이오 센서의 측정방법에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 전기화학식 바이오 센서를 이용한 체외 진단기기에서 시간전류법 또는 시간전하법으로 측정함에 있어서 측정의 정확성 및 재현성을 개선할 수 있는 전기화학식 바이오 센서의 측정방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면, 바이오마커를 측정하기 위한 전기화학식 바이오 센서를 시간전류법 또는 시간전하법으로 측정함에 있어서, 전극을 측정용액에 담그고 일정시간 전극에 전압을 걸어주지 않은 후 전하값을 측정하거나 일정시간 전압을 걸어준 후 전류값을 측정함으로써 측정의 정확성 및 재현성을 개선할 수 있는 우수한 효과가 있다.
