Provided is an electroforming apparatus in which an electrolyte supply speed gradient is formed in the width direction of a metal foil during electroforming for continuously manufacturing the metal foil, thus making it possible to secure at least alloy component uniformity in the metal foil (at a central portion and an edge portion). This electroforming apparatus comprises: a rotary negative electrode for electrodepositing a metal foil; a positive electrode disposed facing the rotary negative electrode; and a supply speed gradient-type electrolyte supply unit provided to supply an electrolyte between the rotary negative electrode and the positive electrode and form an electrolyte supply speed gradient in at least the width direction of the metal foil.

L'invention concerne un appareil d'électroformage dans lequel un gradient de vitesse d'alimentation en électrolyte est formé dans le sens de la largeur d'une feuille métallique pendant l'électroformage pour la fabrication en continu de la feuille métallique, ce qui permet de garantir au moins l'uniformité de composants d'alliage dans la feuille métallique (au niveau d'une partie centrale et d'une partie bord). Cet appareil d'électroformage comprend : une électrode négative rotative pour le dépôt électrolytique d'une feuille métallique; une électrode positive disposée face à l'électrode négative rotative; et une unité d'alimentation en électrolyte de type à gradient de vitesse d'alimentation, disposée de sorte à acheminer un électrolyte entre l'électrode négative rotative et l'électrode positive et à former un gradient de vitesse d'alimentation en électrolyte dans au moins le sens de la largeur de la feuille métallique.

금속박을 연속 제조하는 전주 도금시, 금속박의 폭방향으로 전해액 공급속도의 구배를 구현하여, 적어도 금속박(중앙부와 에지부)의 합금성분 균일성을 확보 가능하게 한 전주 도금장치가 제공된다. 전주 도금장치는, 금속박을 전착시키는 회전 음극; 상기 회전 음극에 대향 배치되는 양극; 및 상기 회전 음극과 상기 양극 사이에 전해액을 공급하고, 적어도 금속박의 폭방향으로 전해액 공급속도의 구배를 형성하도록 제공되는 공급속도 구배형 전해액 공급유닛을 포함한다.
