The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a blade for an impeller of a shot peening machine, and a blade for an impeller manufactured by said manufacturing method. The manufacturing method comprises: a component cutting processing step for forming a shot moving plate in which a protruding part is formed by cutting and processing a steel plate, and forming a side surface guide plate on which an insertion hole is formed; and a blade assembly step for inserting and assembling the protruding part of the shot moving plate into the insertion hole of the side surface guide plate.

La présente invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'une aube pour une roue d'une machine de grenaillage, et une aube pour une roue fabriquée par ledit procédé de fabrication. Le procédé de fabrication comprend : une étape de traitement de découpe de composant pour former une plaque de déplacement de grenaille, à laquelle une partie saillante est formée par découpe et traitement d'une tôle d'acier, et pour former une plaque de guidage de surface latérale sur laquelle un trou d'insertion est formé ; et une étape d'assemblage d'aube pour insérer et assembler la partie saillante de la plaque de déplacement de grenaille dans le trou d'insertion de la plaque de guidage de surface latérale.

본 발명은 강판으로 절단 가공하여 돌출부가 형성되는 쇼트이동판과 삽입구멍이 형성되는 측면안내판을 성형하는 부품 절단가공 공정과 상기 측면안내판의 삽입구멍에 상기 쇼트이동판의 돌출부를 끼워서 조립하는 블레이드 조립 공정이 포함된 것을 특징으로 하는 쇼트피닝 머신의 임펠러용 블레이드 제조 방법 및 이러한 제조방법에 제조되는 임펠러용 블레이드이다.
